Formal employee:staff will give you attitude and is dramatic. Management still promoted them because of favouritism. There’s no growth and you will work in a sweat shop. There’s constant verbal fights between colleagues and the work culture is toxic. The Gloucester location has this one female who treats the other employees with major disrespect. The regional manager still promoted her though sadly. She kept giving customers attitude. I just can’t believe they don’t notice this. She even gave attitude to a formal manager who went back school. I noticed it and it was just sad. Felt bad for her because she doesn’t like confrontation. There’s complaints made but the regional manager still promoted her shy…. Andrew is a great owner but the employee brought the moral down.Pros: 50% off on food/ regional manager is a hard working womanCons: that one freaking female employee that got mistakenly promoted even after bad reviews from her coworkers

Used to eat here all the time. They gave lots of veggies and it was well worth the money. Went in today for my usual chicken wrap and saw the worker put only TWO pieces of chicken on the grill. I don't think the website nutritional value is accurate at all for just 2 slices of chicken in a whole pita. They have their meat preportioned in trays so why are the portions being reduced?? So stingy and frustrating.

Not enough food was provided. (server thought amount served was standard). Workers don't seem to focus on customer satisfaction. Not very friendly.

Employee felt bothered and rude that I was there to order food... We are in a restaurant after all. My experience here is often similar. Food is good but service isn't that great. Finding good staff is hard these days..

The employee was really rude and did the rude behaviour with meI greeted her with thank youAs i only asked to please add jalapeños to the grill and i even said thank you for itshe was like just popping out her eyesAs she didn’t respect me while came there to have the orderI felt not coming to store anymoreShe was not happy to see me in the store

It's been a while since we have been here and we're surprised to see the menu change and all the options. Staff were overwhelmed with pick-up orders and we're a bit slow. Overall, not bad!

Decided on a change from burritos.Had a nice pita wrap. Selection of toppings and sauces is quite large. No charge for guacamole. If you want to try a change from subs or burritos, this is the place. You won't be disappointed.

Very fresh and tasty. polite staff. Generous quantity. Tons of options to choose from.

Awesome service. Service was excellent ?.

SHORT VERSION: My new FAVOURITE place in town! Try them out, and I promise you that they'll be your new favorite too.LONG VERSION: I've always seen Pita Pit around because I pass by one on my daily commute to work, but never tried them. Today, I had a deal with them on Doordash so I order 2 Falafel Wraps and 1 Macadamia Nut cookie. Including delivery fees, the total only came upto $14. Now I've had plenty of wraps from almost every major chain in the city and have never been "too" impressed by any of them. While none of them are bad, no one ever stood out to me or made me want to be loyal. So when I was ordering from Pita Pit today, I was expecting nothing different. Keeping that in mind, when I opened the app to choose my items, I was completely blown away at the staggering amount of customization you can do with your food, you can add like 17 types of sauces/toppings, choose your type of bread, etc, and NONE of these cost extra, they're all included in the base price which is outstanding and unheard of. They will have virtually every topping and sauce you could possibly want and won't charge you a bomb for them.I was initially of the opinion that maybe the quality/taste of the food might not be so good since the price is so low but boy was I wrong. When I received the delivery, I was greatly impressed by the personalization of the meal. They wrote "Enjoy the meal Ashwath!" with a cute smiley :) next to it and beautifully wrapped each of my wraps, clearly labelling which one is each. This is not something a lot of places do anymore. If you order multiple similar items with different toppings, many places don't mark which one is which anymore, but this store did it. Inside the bag, there was also a little pamphlet talking about their award points program. You join their loyalty program and earn points with each order. This was another nice touch because I've never seen any other food place ever be interested in actually spreading awareness about their program. They even have a nice sign up free bonus points that they give you, very helpful.Coming to the food, I can't stress how AMAZINGLY wrapped my wrap was. I had asked for virtually every single topping and every single sauce, but the person who made it wrapped it so well that even when I bit into it and started eating it, I did not a single drop of sauce or a single topping on the side, and I'm usually an extremely messy eater. They were also very very generous with the toppings, their portioning sizes are excellent. The food was extremely fresh, and it smelt great and was very filling.I was so impressed that I just had to call the store to thank them. The sweet young lady who picked up the phone seemed genuinely interested in listening to what I had to say and who's enthusiasm at their customer's satisfaction completely made my day. This is how a store should be run, I'll definitely be back! You bet I'm going to sign up for their program now.
