I ordered a pizza half with onions half without. The pizza came with onions in the whole thing. When I called to let them know the pizza was incorrect the staff told me I was wrong about my order and there was nothing he could do for me. I asked for a manager and he hung up on me. The pizza itself is always good but as a regular customer that lives in the neighbourhood. The lack of customer service was baffling.

I got a halal pepperoni pizza and it was warm and fresh. Portions are good and customer service is amazing. I would recommend it over most popular pizza resturants.
The pizza here is very very verrrry good, I’ve been getting pizza from papa Joes for many years or so and the pizza really never fails to impress me the only downside is the chicken it’s pretty dry af but tbh as long da pizza good then who am I to complain? Ordered a pizza slice and part of a paper plate got baked under the cheese. Disgusting.
Pretty fast service usually good food. Pretty varied menu but sometimes they get your food completely wrong and sometimes their delivery is unavailable during business hours.
Called to order dinner. The guy who picked up to take the order was extremely rude and impatient.
Ordered 120 wings, Asked for them to be classic wings. Not breaded! I asked twice and still received the wrong order. Soggy breaded wings. I Called back and the owner denied the mistake first and then tried to blame me for ordering wrong wings. He admitted the mistake after and his solution was " I will give you free drinks next time " . Shame to throw all this food in the garbage.Ridiculous customer service. Unreasonable owner.
Worst pizza we've ever had. Don't waste your money on this place! Ordered a combination pizza via Uber Eats... they paused the order and claimed they had no mushrooms, so instead, we changed the toppings to pepperoni, cheese and pineapple. What we received was sauce and a few scattered pieces of pineapple. No cheese and no pepperoni. Requesting a refund from Uber Eats as I write this. Absolute garbage. Avoid Papa Joe's at all costs.
1 stars im being generous. There pizza is not that good after trying it. There is a man there who doesnt speak english and very hard to order. The old man who works there should be retired. Everytime i order from here they forget a part of my order. I call complain the old man tells me hes sorry and they were busy blah blah. I gave this place 4 tries because i liked there fried chicken. However last time i went my whole order was charred and overcooked to the point that u can not eat the food. I dont recommend this place. Failed owner. Failed place there is no recovery.
