Been here a few times, pre and post COVID. Staff are genuinely nice but overall service is a bit slow, as if everyone is distracted. Store was clean and orders have been bagged correctly. Myself might've been warmer if bagged quicker. Food is exactly what it's supposed to be.Note the 1way entrance + drivethru traffic flow + lack of unassigned parking spots make it tough to quickly pop in to grab takeout. Make live easier and just Use the drivethru -DON'T try to park near the front entrance (you'll collide with drivethru traffic) or park @ side door (it's locked and far from entrance)
One of the only McDonald’s that I have ever been too that has had this type of customer service.Incredible, I have been many times & will continue to come to this fast food restaurant.Service and food has always been good, employees are very personable & friendly.Also to mention, very fast and efficient for the most part.
Ordered 2 "coffees". They tried to pass off boiled water with a splash of coffee in it, and that isnt just some snobby remark on McDonalds coffee in general which is normally great.. but that is literally what I was handed at this location, hot brown water. My coffee with cream was white and looked like it was a tea with far too much milk in it, the only difference was mine was devoid of flavour. Not impressed.
Kevin is a problem. He is an ex employee and hangs around confronting customers when he doesn't like something. There is something wrong with Kevin. There is something wrong with the staff enabling him. What's up with this? Why is Kevin allowed here, since he is such an annoyance to staff and customers? Won't go back unless I am assured Kevin won't be there.
Quick service at the drive through and friendly staff when I went. The dining room also reopened so I had the option to pick up my mobile order inside.
Every time we go to McDonald's the hamburger is barely room temperature . That goes for the fries also. The hamburger patty is always cooler than your tongue when it comes in contact with the meat. This is consistent on every occasion that we eat there no matter what location. The only positive thing was the coupons that brought the price down quite a bit but still not worth it.
The Young Lady Who was the Manager who took my order. Since all my years I had yet to see such great customer service. Sandy Thank for going above band beyond and another thing She truly works hard and her team sees this. In my heart I would Recommend a Nice raise with a Bonus package. She if she wanted could work at A Head Office as. Regional Manager ?
Ordered a bic Mac combo. Looks like a double cheeseburger with ketchup and pickle. Service is always slow, and when it's within a half hour of closing, it's like they panick to go home on time so they try to rush causing a messed up order. I have now given up completely on this location. I will not return.
Order 2 combo quarter pounder cheese and it was cold & dried. At least prepared half an hour ago. Big Mac combo, no meat on Big Mac sandwich. It is time for new alternative to McDonald’s except their coffee.
Food is what you can expect from any McDonald's. But the hospitality is lacking at best.No good morning, thank you, you're welcome, or even just a basic acknowledge of your existence.At least the coffee is hot
