Its 20 degrees celcius out in july, but this place managed to have it hotter inside than outside.Drink fountain consistently broken, then charged me extra for a bottled drink that I can't refill.The parking lot looks like a war zone half of it being what looks like grenade explosions causing massive craters.This may be the worst kfc in Ottawa. The owner needs to take a good look into this place asap.
Store is nearly always out of something. Today, 5 sides out of 8 were completely sold out. Their sandwiches are always made dry with how little sauce they put. What's worst.. their parking lot. It's an absolute nightmare. Holes everywhere that will swallow any tire. The biggest one being right at the exit of the drive-thru. You literally have to pass over it to get out and the lot has been like this for months!
Stopped for a 4 piece meal and asked for all breast “we only have 2 left” OK 2 drums as well then “we’re out of drums, also we are out of fries…” Ridiculous. Whoever runs that franchise should be embarrassed. That’s 50% of their business model in complete failure!
Very very slow and understaffed, only two people working here, been waiting in the line for literally 10 mins now and there is no one ahead of us! And to top it, bathroom has no tissues, very bad for the kfc brand.
not a super busy location, so there is no reason to run out of chicken at 1pm on a Wednesday. time for new managment
Generally satisfied with this location. Occasionally we get a couple of small pieces of chicken but generally speaking reasonably good. ALWAYS hot. One of the better KFCs we've been to.
One of the worst establishments in the city. Pick-up order was substituted. Clearly not adequately stocked, App is one of the worst out there for ordering - no confirmation - I could have picked up anyone's order!
Terrible service !!! I’m on the only one in the drive thru and I order to sandwiches for it to take 30 minutes !!!!!! Worst experience ever ! I will never come here ever again. Slowest food place I have ever been to in my life ; and the restaurant is empty !!!!!
I went though the drive thru because I recently had a close contact with covid. I was told it was going to be a 25 min wait for a 10 piece meal. First red flag. I was told to pull up in the parking lot to wait for some one to take it out to me. So I waited for 45 mins before going in confused why it was taking so long. I went in and my bag was waiting for me. After standing there for 5 mins. I was assisted and told them i was waiting for 45 mins. They then past me my bag. God knows how long it has been waiting there. Next time the staff should communicate if they will be sending someone out to give the customer their order or if they won’t be :)
I was there a few times and last time I was there asked for a few condiments the Manger said no to the employee at the drive threw he was so nice the way he handled the rush and service. She actually repremended him rite in front of the other customers, how embarrassing that must have been for this nice young man, I believe his name was Vince. She actually said no extra sauce only ketchup she is not Manger material, keep the yelling for your kids not employees.
