Haven’t eaten here in 30 years and now I remember why. Very basic lightly seasoned Singapore noodles. They should have a deep golden hue to them with the curry spices that were missing. Hot and Sour soup was ok but wasn’t feeling the love with the S&S chicken balls or the egg/spring rolls.
I go see these guys about once a week. Very friendly service and your food's ready quick.It's comforting that since the beginning of the pandemic, they have taken health precautions very seriously.Their prices just went up, but are still competitive to other restaurants.Food is yummy and good quality too. You know when you go to a place, and get chicken balls, but they're all dough with little chicken. Hung Fatt is NOT like that. Their balls have big chicken pieces. Everything is always well cooked, and in good sized portions.
Their food is always delicious just, New Year's Eve was a bit of a "pickle" I didn't get my order but that didn't stop me from ordering it the next day? it was worth it. People were very cruel and unreasonable. I felt very bad for how the staff was treated ? it was not a good vibe heading into 2022. People need to be more compassionate and understanding during a global pandemic and not so selfish ?
We have been ordering from them for many years. By far the best Chinese Food that we have ever had. They are very courteous on the phone, the service is fast, pricing is fair and the quality and quantity of food second to none. To those that didn't like the food then go somewhere else.
AWESOME food, awesome owner. We've probably used them 100 times over the past 20 years. Any other place has been NO COMPARISON, and we don't even look ANYWHERE else except HERE. Food is FABULOUS!!!
The rice was dry, too much sauce on the chicken balls and over priced for the portion. Better food in the area
