Ordered Frankie’s on a whim last night and I was not disappointed. I got the chicken and waffles, definitely something I would order again, the waffles were tasty, thr chicken was crispy(even for delivery) and the syrup is to die for. 5* Had the leftovers today for breakfast, perfect reheat in an air fryer.. KEEP IT UP FRANKIE

I recently hosted a party at the Lonestar on Lemieux. I was extremely disappointed. Management(DUSTY) kept arguing with me saying they provided all platters and drinks that I paid for. Yet, one server told me after the party, they didn't cooked everything and drinks weren't all served. Dusty said over the telephone, DON'T expect a reimbursement as that won't happen since this situation is a he said she said matter. Do yourself a favor and never host a party or eat at this location. They like to sort change their customers. Plus they had to nerve to charge a tip on top of that. IF I COULD RATE THIS EXPERIENCE IT WOULD BE A HUGE ZERO.

Had the Frankie's chicken sandwich with bacon today. OMG it was unreal! fries were good and the slaw was on point. Definitely going back.

Hugely disappointed in the entire experience for the price. Save your money and go to Popeye's. Better chicken, better prices and better portions.

Spent 80.00 on 3 x 3piece meals & 2 frozen margaritas. Waited 1.5hrs for it to be delivered (which is fine, its friday, roads are not great and app was upfront saying it would take that long) it was stone cold upon arrival - had to microwave it to give it a little warmth - the “strips” were more the size of mcnuggets. Extra charge for onion rings when there is only 5 rings included in the box. Everything looked lit it was thrown into the box. Very unappealing. Would have gotten a better meal at a drive thru. Cloeslaw and sauces were not good either. 0/10. will not order again and DO NOT recommend.

I’m hooked on the chicken and bacon sandwich. The staff at the Pickering location are friendly. It’s a winner.

I wish I had better things to say...Just received my order from Skipthedishes and 1. there was next to NO sauce on the sandwich, the fingers that made up the sandwich were not cooked (pink meat!), and I didn't get the slaw I was so excited to try! Spent over $20 and basically ate about 4 no longer hot/soggy curly fries and through the rest out. I'm so bummed.

Taste is great. Buns are a bit soggy. This branch followed delivery instructions unlike the one on Innes road who messes up the order every time.

What the hell happened! Now living in Newfoundland, I don't get many opportunities to be back in Ottawa, but when I do, I always drop into the Lone Star at least twice during my short stays back home fr a good feed of fajitas. I specifically asked which portion was the larger option, and was told it was the "Texas Sized" (or whatever they called it now) and ordered accordingly. Unless all of Texas is on a diet, this was no "Texas" sized portion! The portion was significantly smaller than I remember them being. Although still very tasty, they were missing something. Not sure what that 'something" was, but they were different for sure. I also noticed the meat seemed much tougher to chew than on previous visits. A couple of my friends warned me the Lone Star is not how I remembered it and how it has certainly slid down the scale. So much so, most of my regular buddies don't even bother going there anymore. Sadly, I now see why. We ordered a beef nachos and that's when I noticed something was very off with the Lone Star. What happened to the piles of chips and meat towering the plate? We were served one layer of tortilla chips that were barely warm. The cheese wasn't even gooey any more. It sat there flat and unimpressive. I don't know what's going on Lone Star but this is beyond a "Covid" issue. You've been sliding off the map for some time now and it shows! What happened man? You guys used to kill it!

Decided to try this last night after hearing good things. Chicken strips are so good! Definitely better than Popeyes or KFC. Took one star off because they forgot the coleslaw which I was excited to try and one of the strips was quite small. Dips are tasty and the curly fries are as expected.Update: I have tried to call and order again. They do not answer the phone for 2+ minutes. And I am not calling during their peak hours. Last time they tried to tell me to order through Uber. I don't have ubereats, hence why I called! When I showed up for my food, staff were standing around chatting and laughing but nobody came to help. They seem to hate customers.
