Purposely stopped at this mall for a breakfast combo from A&W, wqs informed they didn't have any hashbrowns so I asked if I could have French fries instead. For some reason that was not possible. Told her I would be walking 20 feet over to the Subway for breakfast instead. Apparently that was fine with her. Enjoying my 6 inch Subway sub sitting in front of A&W
Understaffed location but still solid. The service was fast with the coupons working fine. The burgers and fries I had was edible, but the sprite was off the mark. Tasted more vanilla, likely an error with the syrup.
Probably the most honest and respectful A&W restaurant in Ottawa. The lady who served me is a mature woman but very kind and great at serving customers!!!!!
I waited over 20 mins for an order that didn't come. The guy behind the counter gave the wrong food order to 2 people, so when the correct orders came up they weren't taken. After 20 mins I asked for a refund and was given incorrect change - they kept a dollar. I'm so disgusted by this place
Waited ten minutes for somebody to show up and take my order. When they finally did show up, they tried to serve the person behind me and then gave me attitude when I informed them that I was first in line. I then proceeded to leave without buying anything because I’m not going to give money to a company that treats its guests that way, or who allows it’s employees to do such.
Waiting from like 15 minutes No one show up. Saw a guy inside and he is hiding behind the Machine

Great food
Root beer was good and we got everything we ordered but the cups didn't have a straw hole, onion rings are over fried, fries were undercooked and everything was cold. I got 2 chicken bacon ranch wraps and the size underwhelmed me not worth the 50$. Very disappointed.
Amazing breakfast food. My kids really enjoyed thier food, which is rare.
