Great warm breakfast. Iced frosticcino was super yummy. Great fast service. The mic and speaker in the drive thru needs improvement

You might be new here even as an employee! So have some patience and respect for over 20 years the staff here have done a great job! ??I have been coming here since I was younger. And you can have a difference about The Changing State of the world but at least Wendy's will stay pretty constant! Dave Thomas was a good guy!Even though the internet might change and I actually work hard to do some of these reviews even though they might not perfect. I started doing them recognizing how hard people work!So even if you think yourself some sophisticated fancy five-star review expert. Sometimes I have to recognize how delicious and cost efficient and hard-working staff members are!?Corporations are not always healthy. But this location and most of the dishes served by Wendy's are pretty awesome and healthy!!!I will continue to try to leave good reviews. Not the sound insulting Google is making it harder. Because they are too analytical and even living a good review is difficult and not worth your time sometimes. But I made the effort cuz these people do a great job as I eat my hamburger!!Be safe and thanks to the staff and please practice patience at this busy location I only get frustrated at how badly Google is making the reviews on the entire situation called life.???‍♂️.I actually don't mind Google as I say this. They're just getting worse and they never were appropriate the owner should be taken to jail like Saddam Hussein. Good company evil owner.???‍♂️?????? great location I do this because I like people but I can't keep tolerating Google if they can't get healthy like delicious meals and the staff here no matter how busy they get with Uber. Please stay positive it's Kipling and you deserve the best like people who work in the area...??‍♂️?? ??

Closes nightly before the posted closing time of 1am ( seems to only stay open for drive thru with no notification for pedestrian customers) and doesn't open for walk in customers until at least 8am, disrespectful and misleading to post hours are not follow properly. Also, have tried breakfast multiple times and have received stale biscuits and dry sausage with long wait times. Seems to have management issues and does not post proper hours.

Reprehensibly slow for “fast” food. Poorly trained, poorly managed staff – everyone’s running around doing everything instead of just manning their station, which leads to mix-ups and delays. I live across the street but will gladly drive 10 minutes out of my way to visit better Wendy’s locations.

I've gotten take out from this location twice in the last couple weeks and both times there was something wrong with my order. First time missing fries and 2nd time ordered baconator and got a small cheeseburger. Of course didn't notice til I got home! "If" I ever go back, will have to check order before driving away.

Just bought a chicken sandwich here around 11:30 pm. Abysmal service. I said hello to the server, no response. Then another customer tried to use the restroom only to be told it was closed. Disgusting and illegal as far as I know!?

The woman helping me today (in drive thru) was so friendly and just good energy, and also got everything right without issue despite me having several substitutions. Also, I get my Wendy's burgers in lettuce wraps and I'll just say some locations have a difficult time executing and may even leave out toppings. This is twice I've gotten perfect burgers here. Good service from window to kitchen

I went here after my day at work nearby and I am tired and hungry so my sister and I went through the drive through as i was deciding my order, the lady on cashier was giving me attitude which make us feel pressure. I get it that we are taking longer than others and staffs are tired but I was in cashier before. Never had that disrespect to others so I do not know why staffs here have it. Afterward we were missing our wraps and had to drive around to get it back.

Although the wait time was longer than we would usually prefer. The staff was apologetic and admitted they were short staffed. You could tell everyone was working as quickly as they could. The food was good quality and it was hot.

I rarely do a negative review, but, when it is worth speaking out i won't hesitate, got the worst service picking up online order tonight, 2 disgrutled staff of this location became so rude that the manager isn't able to call them to order.I guess this reveal the recruitment process, where pple are employed as customer diservice, unknown to the that topnotch service delivery is one of the bedrock for any business to thrive in this competitive era.
