Worst restaurant customer service ever received. I placed an order through Uber Eats and after 2 long hours of wait, they cancelled my order. I was constantly on call to enquire about the issue with my order with the restaurant and all they could say that your order has been messed up. They themselves couldn’t figure out their orders amongst their two locations and customer has to suffer due to their lack of order management. No ownership of their mistake by either of the parties. Never ever ordering food from them again!!!
Ordered chicken kebabs and chicken kebab wraps. The chicken kebabs were dry and stale. There was no freshness to them. They added too much chaat masala hence the kebabs were very salty. Instead of the chicken kebab wraps I received chicken tikka wraps which were awful. Furthermore more the price board on the exterior says 7.99 and the charge you 11.99 which is illegal since there is no disclaimer.
The chicken tikka wrap i got from Warraich meats yesterday is the worst wrap i have ever tried in my life. chicken is so so hard, tastes so bad. No sauces and little bit lettuce. i bought two, but it was totally waste of money.
2 days ago I came in this restaurant for catering order for 50 people I met with a tall girl and I ask her about catering and she said wait for 2 minutes I will call my manager and she will take your catering order. Than manager came after 8 to 10 minutes and I ask from her about catering and I spoke English with her and she didn’t understand my language. I want to give my order but she didn’t understand me and replied in very bad manner. If she didn’t understand English so how she can be a manager of this restaurant. I have very bad experience ever in my life. And they are not hygiene and they don’t wear their mask as well as hair net. At last please avoid to go in this restaurant you can go somewhere else for better service and food.
Save your money..dont go to this location..markham and Scarborough have better deals! They dont give you all the information when you call them..when i asked for the combo deal they said it comes with two dishes and then came to the store and they changed it up as to 1 dish we cant change which is daal that we didnt want to get..they should have mentioned this on the phone when I called.Only found out once we got to the store..the girl at the cash was rude
I barely do reviews, but this one I have to open your ears for. When I went to this location a first few times, it's was alright. The food is not bad; it’s the people who serve it sucks. I’ve tried so many times and politely asked the server/cashier, “ hey, I don't want this item, can I replace it for something else,” the girl always says the same thing and does not let me substitute items. I can go to other places and get different items replaced but this location just sucks. By far one of the worst places I thought I could be at. When the cashier sees that you are trying to get a good deal, she charges you double or more instead of giving the customers a good deal. If you’re really hungry I suggest you go some place else. They deliberately make you wait thirty minutes (30 mins) because they don’t do their jobs properly. Even if you call ahead of time you will still wait that long. This location at highway 27 and finch is one of the ridiculous place I’ve ever ordered food at. This is my first review after few years of reviewing. (Please someone do something to change this place.)

Amazing tandoori wings and the Afghani chicken is so creamy saucy and juicy! Usually biryani is good this time wasnt but the starters were really good
Fish pakora and tandoori chicken wings is what will take me back again and again here! Fish is so fresh, is not covered with too much flour, you can actually taste big chunks of fish. Tandoori wings are super yum too- delicious and crispy. Biryani is ok ok, maybe they should use different rice, big helping though
The staff was friendly and the experience was smooth, I am looking forward to my next visit to the restaurant.
