Before visiting Tinnels, I had only had store bought ones which were sub par to what I was about to experience.I want to start by telling you I had arrived at Pearson Airport and knew instantly I was going to take my colleagues to have their first Jamaican Patty. The first place that popped up was Tinnels, so we headed down (out of the way) to finally have my first fresh taste of Jamaica.We ordered the spicy Jamaican patties, some coco bread and our first bite was put of this world! Fresh, hot and tasty filling was just what we needed after a long flight. My only disappointment was that I did not get a box of them for our drive up north. I'll be back again soon, you know where my first stop will always be in Toronto!
Customer service is horrid , actually terrible and ontop of it the patties aren't that great. You’re better off going to Ralph's it possible
Yooo the spicy beef patties are bomb and the veggie patties are sweet I order a dozen each whenever I go with a bag of cocobread best patties out there better than grace patties and patty world

Please stop salting the food so much. I know its a lot of food to cook.. but for crying out loud too much salt. Use more garlic.
BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a box of patties and I have never been more dissatisfied. They were all gaping open and partially filled. I might be able to excuse one, but this was the entire box. What happened to quality control? Very sad and very disappointing. Thankfully this was for my family and I wasn’t intending on serving this to anyone. Needless to say, I will never be buying them again.
