4:1 staffing priority on drive-thru is a bit excessive. Also, how hard is it to stock ANY shelf-stable dairy alternatives? Not the worst Tim's, but one to avoid if you can.

Claims open 24 hrs but is not
They don't process rewards points here. Very little food selection that looked very stale. Used non-refrigerated cream for ice cap.
Customer dealing is very poor way of talking is not good
I just bought 2 coffees from this location and both have some kind of cleaning agent or chemical in them. The lady at the cash told me it must be me as their coffee is fine and wouldn't switch them for new coffee.
