This tim hortons is so cheap they barely put any cream cheese in the bagel, if i wanted a plain bagel with nothing in it I would have asked. Tim Hortons please teach your employees properly it's not that hard

So many of the things on the menu are not available. And They Never get your order right. Been here many times and there is always something missing. Asked for 2 combos. At the end of my order I added a croissant and they decided to make part of one of my combos. I have Never heard of this. Was expecting wedges with my sons combo of tiny chicken strips . The lady yelled and then went to the back room. This is the worst Tims in town .
Worse customer service ever. I live in the building close by so I go there a lot. The old lady with glasses rolled her eyes at me and was not professional. I asked her not to grab the lid with her gloves that she just used to take cash from the previous customer. I honestly don’t know why those people get hired if they don’t have basic customer service skills.
If u want a bagel with a splash of galric cream go to this place because they are sooo cheap that i get sick of them every time.The worst place for costumer service they dont even know what costumer service is
