This Tim Hortons is the worst location in the city! Especially the drive thru service is the worst! I’m always repeating my self at the speaker and then when I get to the window they always mess up my order and end up doing it a second time and still messing it… like how is that possible? I have brought up the issues to the workers but nothings changed. I wish they would start caring and improving the drive thru service, it’s very careless of them to mess it up everyday!
Terrible tim Horton, this location needs training on service seriously. Staff is not friendly, if you hate your job why work there. All the stuff needs more training. Would not recommend.
I don’t get this:I come to this location every other day as it’s the only Tim Hortons on my way to work.I’m always respectful, patient and polite to everyone as I know how stressful restaurant work is. Whenever I see any employees getting mistreated by other customers I always step in for them.And yet, EVERY SINGLE TIME I get a terrible attitude in return from the same employees.Not to mention my drinks always get under-filled, and there’s always EXTRA toppings missing from my sandwiches and soups.If I pay for a LARGE french vanilla, why is it always filled HALF way like it’s a medium cup?This is beyond annoying and be it one time thing I would’ve never cared, but every single time I ever order there’s always something wrong ???This is such a turn off, and today was my last straw. I will be taking my business and money somewhere that cares and tries for the customers. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family to avoid this disorganized unprofessional location.The best advice: either re-train the employees in procedures + customer service, /or put someone in charge to supervise what is happening on the floor throughout the day. Otherwise it’s a zoo and everyone hangs-out and does whatever they want
Slowest timmies I’ve ever been to ….stay clear unless u have 20mins to wait for a bagel
This is a great Tim Horton’s location! The staff are always friendly and helpful and this franchise is always serving up fresh coffee and food for everyone! The wait times are reasonable and the prices are great. Highly recommended!
I came here to get timbits for my son and coffee for myself. There was a wasp inside the display which I saw after buying and letting my child start eating his treat. I told the staff about the bug and they didn't care and told someone in the back that there's a bug in the display.Very poor behavior and really disappointed in the level of hygiene at the branch. Haven't gone back since and don't recommend to anyone until Tim apologizes and maintains a better level of cleanliness.
WORST AND RUDEST EMPLOYEES. Avoid this location. It has been terrible for 10 years. Made the mistake of going there today and my only response is if you hate your job so much leave. Expect to not be able to order and be screamed at over the comm then expect your food to be practically thrown at you. Ravdeep needs to be fired. Get her another job that does not involve serving customers.
