This place needs a re vamp.. as someone who isn't a fan of change this place needs a big facelift..Edit* so now that I've read more reviews I am actually going to try not to purchase anything from this god forsaken location. It's so disgusting.. I've felt like I need to shower after leaving this place. Do the neighbourhood a favour and close down

I ordered the veggie chipotle wrap and its 9 bucks for the wrap…which doesn’t justify the quantity and size they provide…felt like burrito boyz was a better option instead…totally disappointed. Like i just took one bite out of it and felt like throwing it out!!!
Obviously this is a very busy location, so I can understand there being a bit of a wait time or something like that. What I find frustrating is that I go here almost every day and get the same thing, an orange pekoe tea (kettle is broke at my work). this past week I’ve gone and they’ve given me decaffeinated tea bags. I don’t want decaf, I didn’t order decaf. When I noticed the bags were decaf I went back into the store and asked for a caffeinated tea, even offering to pay again. I was told that all they’ve ever sold there is decaffeinated orange pekoe tea bags. Like … I know that isnt true. I go to Tim’s all the time and always get a tea and it has never been decaf before. Today I went back and ordered a tea again and AGAIN it was decaf. I didn’t even see a reason to go back and ask for it to be remade because it was the same cashier as the one who told me that’s all they had… so a nice clean building with friendly staff, but maybe the staff aren’t the best trained on Tim Horton menus.
DISCRIMINATORY TREATMENT! Employees themselves being Indian treat Indian customers with disrespect. The thin guy wearing specs made the order wrong we went back to the drive through the Girl was rude to us. She blamed us for being wrong and kept on debating with us. No other branches have ever behaved like this. This is really sad. If we were white I am sure she would have not raised her voice like that on us or make faces. We ordered on May 17 around 7:30ish . Requesting the branch manager to please ask the team to treat everyone equally.
Special mention - Tim's storefront member Mr. Harjaap who helped us when we were trying to park our vehicle by going out of his way to guide us correctly & avoid a potential parking incident. Thank you Harjaap for all your help.
The arrogance of their staff member Reshita just almost makes me wanna give up Tim Hortons coffee, but unfortunately I'm too obstinate to let rude people get away with bad attitude towards me.

Shameless. Disgraceful.Supervisor at 3316 Lakeshore Rd West refused service due to laziness. Order was placed within store hours.Order details attached.An associate confirmed materials / Ingredients were in stock to make them and was infact ready to prepare my order but the supervisor stopped him from making it. CLEAR DISCRIMINATION, HARASSMENT, BULLYING… and sheer LAZINESS. Despicable by Tim Hortons especially during the Holiday season.Nowhere does it say (either on the app or store) the cutoff for ordering was 9pm. Order was placed via the Mobile app at 9pm. In fact the mobile app states the item is available till 10pm.Absolute disgrace cause the supervisor chose to be aggressive with language and disrespectful with gesture.Refused to call the Manager, refused to file a complaint, refused to give me his name and challenged me to call whoever I wanted as he said in his own words “I run this place. Do whatever you want. I do not care about whoever orders from this store”Never ordering from this store. Pathetic service.
