I went here to pick up Tim Bits for my toddlers. Who ever served them can't count!! When I opened them I saw they only gave me 8! I won't be going there again! What a rip off!!
I came in around 2:15pm on March 7th 2022. I approach the cashier and asked for my order. I thought I was loud and clear enough, but the cashier started saying how they couldn’t hear me in a hostile manner. I repeated my order again. And the cashier proceeded to say the same thing.I literally had to yell just for her to hear my order, when I already have repeated my order twice. The two other employees at the back started laughing and giggling. I ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese and a cheese biscuit. When I got my bagel it was fully burnt from the inside and it hardly had any cream cheese. I literally couldn’t even eat my bagel and had to throw it out. The only thing I ate from my order was the tea cheese biscuit. who ever is the manager of this place either get new employees or train them how to behave professionally towards customers and provide at least decent customer service. As someone who worked in the food industry for 3 years, I am highly disappointed.
Small gas station outlet, clean.Good for a quick grab and out.
Even one star is too much, no light , soup, toilet paper in the washroom .
Just don’t order anything to eat here. Ordered a chicken craveable, the lady first said she didn’t have the small buns and she’ll make it in the long buns. I said ok. When I got my order the crave was made in a small stale square bun, it was cold, the chicken was smelling, dry, the lettuce had turned black. Just disgusting. Not the first time this has happened. The last time had a similar experience when I ordered the Fiesta Farmer’s wrap. The ingredients were just stale. It was so bad! Just avoid food from here.
WOREST TIM branch you can go. Staff is slow and rude. I was picking donuts/ muffins/bun and while picking she said you can not order this for half dozen pack!! I said i do not understand, she repeated exactly same words with no explaining and I said that I still do not understand, she put what i picked in box and waved her hand in air and made a lip disgust expression and said it is ok for now and left, While paying I told the cashier (another person) I am not happy with what happened, she ignored me and started to ask the person behind me about his order. I am not happy and I will not buy any donuts from TIM anymore
Walked in the freezing cold to get a cup of coffee only to get there and Tim Hortons was closed at 9:00 pm, when google said it’s open till 12 and I’ve been told a handful of times from workers that they stay open till 11:00 pm. Change your Times on google. Very disappointed.
The sign on the door of this combination shell and Tim Hortons store says washroom is not available, however the washroom is open although it is filthy and with no toilet paper. No excuses for this when most gas stations and coffee shops have washrooms available
The washroom was absolutely repulsive. Not flushed, filthy, trash overflowing, no toilet paper, no paper towel and even the soap dispenser was clogged so you couldn't even properly wash your hands. When I told the employee at the Tims I was informed that it wasn't their problem and that I had to talk to shell. Wether it is 'their' washroom to clean or not, they should be able to communicate with those who need to clean it instead of saying "it's not my problem talk to someone else".
Washrooms are always closed and the employes are rude. I was passing by here again today, and same happened. Why bother buying anything from you. No washroom - No business from me. I will buy my coffee elsewhere. Shame on you Tim Hortons, your employees need to be retrained on how to talk to customers. I will give you zero stars if I can. You dont deserve even one star. I will never come back here again.
