Created a mobile order but did not receive after 20 minutes since time of creation. I had to approach the staff 10 minutes after arrival to inquire. Order was not tended to and ignored. Some members of staff were chatting while a few customers waited. Other staff appeared to be working otherwise, but mainly tended to drive thrus.
If you are in a hurry, DO NOT go to this drive thru early in the morning. They do not have enough staff, and the ones on I think are bakers not servers so it takes them longer to get orders done (not their fault).Was in the drive thru for over 15 mins. today for just 4 lg teas... not impressed.
I usually come here twice a week (Tuesdays and Fridays) for a coffee and I also order once a week my usual 2 Chili's and 2 potato wedges. Aside from staff sometimes not seeing me (or ignoring) or giving me the wrong size of Chili's I didn't have any problems. This hasn't really bothered me enough to write a complaint anyways. Today unfortunately was the final straw. I'm not sure if this is a new policy or this place hit financial hardships (or the staff simply find me stupid, hence the ignoring) but I received one bun ripped in half and the halves thrown in to each individual orders. I'm very disappointed with the way things are heading in this location...
Worst customer service, staff is not at all friendly i asked for extra sauce on my wrap the girl on the counter charged for the sauce, when i asked that you cannot charge me until, I ask that i want the sauce on the side, then she made a face and said we charge for extra sauce here. I would suggest not to visit this location
The worst ever service by one guy repeatedly happened and he is the same guy who is careless, miss heaving to the customers and said f-words when I asked him to correct his mistake. So once he didn't put sugar and the mixing spoons and I realized when arrived my place, second time he put a broken pack for the coffee and I asked him to replace he said it's fine it works but no one could open it and he intentionally didn't put sugars again because by the previous time I asked him to correct his mistake and to put the required creams and milk with the take-twelve pack. I am extremely requesting the owner to punish this guy and refund me my both time waste and embarrassment to 24 people at each time of his trouble and short service. Thanks Looking forward to get the reply. I am serious in following up this matter.
I work across the street from this location. When I started working there I was happy to see that there was a Tim Hortons location so close. Now I'm frustrated that it's really the only option nearby.This location probably has the poorest service of any location I've visited.There are no rude employees and upon first glance it seems virtually identical to any location you've ever been. But it doesn't take long to either witness or experience the overall sense of apathy among the staff.There are no smiles, no pleasantries, an overall lack of service. It's like I can't rate this location based on customer service because it's as if the workforce at this location don't know what it means or that it's part of their duties.No one comes to take your order because it seems as if they don't realize that's what they're supposed to do. I've been dumbfounded many times while I stand, the only customer in a line of one, just watching the happenings.It's the Twilight Zone in there.
I ordered a Turkey Bacon Club here and they said they were out of bacon which wasn’t ideal but I still ordered the sandwich anyway. To my surprise, the woman serving me gave me a free muffin to make up for it! Great service, other locations should take a tip from here.

Not a great experience. Some of the staff are wonderful the others don’t even bother listening to you.
