Just for turban guy working weekend i guess…this is 2nd time I have to face him today and as expected he is confused lazy unprofessional person. Rest of the days everything is ok and staff is very nice, no complain for any one but this turban guy is absolutely a unprofessional member they have.

Very dissatisfied and disappointing experience here.I was here yesterday. I went to washroom and there was no toilet paper in both stalls.So I went to the cashier and asked them for it. They said they will bring someone in there.I said “okay, Thank you”I ordered my food. Then after ordering, I reminded them again about the washroom. They both said they will send someone to restock “NOW”. I thanked them again.I ate my food, and ate half of my wrap.I went to the washroom and still no toilet paper. I had to pee so bad. I left and went to the next restaurant to use their washroom.I was very disappointed. Some people wanted to use the washroom at that time too. We were all waiting. There wasn’t even a long lineup for the food orders but still they chose not to send anybody to address the main concern.
They sometimes don't have the specific flavor of what you need but overall the staff is co-operative and good
Absolute garbage coffee. Tastes like flavoured hot water. Obviously, watering it down to protect profits.
I ordered a bagel and wedges and they are definitely not fresh.

Place has no organization when it comes to lining up. They also don't carry everything on their menu. They don't sell ice coffee only ice capps? How is that possible?
