Ordered a small iced coffee with extra sugar they gave me without sugar, couldn’t enjoy my coffee
Terrible… went through drive thru and the person rushed in taking my order. Once I got to the window it took the person 5 minutes before even taking my payment and on top of that was taking an order. Not to mention I ordered 2 FRENCH VANILLA cold brew and got cold brew with cream… my order was already rushed and clearly the drink made was rushed too. What a ridiculous amount I paid for just to be getting cold brew and cream.. Never coming back to this location for sure.

I get that a London Fog is supposed to have foam in it, but this medium London Fog is basically half full and a had to dig to find where the liquid even started because it felt so light. I've ordered London Fogs before but they all manage to be full cups of liquid, it is just hot water after all. Probably not the guy's fault as this isn't ordered often. Still tasted good anyway
I got 2 B.E.L.T sandwiches, both sandwiches had no egg the photo I put is of my own sandwich and I asked for the bacon crispy and this is what I got. You can clearly see it wasn’t cooked at all!

The morning crew is so rude and ignorant. Call you up to cash and walk away to serve Drive through in the middle of me giving my order. So ignorant please train your employees on customer service. People in the store are just as important as the drive through and this store doesn't seem to understand that at all.
