I've never seen service like this at a restaurant before. I know that Tim Hortons isn't technically a restaurant and it's a coffee shop, but that was the worst service I've ever had. The man made it clear that his job was the worst thing in his life and made me feel bad for ordering a coffee.

Visited at 11:30pm on July 6th to get a post-dinner muffin. The person behind the counter didn’t move, and upon enquiring pointed us towards the next counter. Upon waiting for 2 minutes and no response from anyone, we had to call a server. This server came to us, giving nasty dirty looks, and asked if we wanted to be served or wanted to leave. To which I obviously replied by leaving the store, now exactly knowing why this location has a 3.5 star rating on googols. Shame on the staff and shame on their attitude.

Too bad I went a a whim already had coffee, working around the corner I thought I would have a hash brown. Thats it. The mumbled whatever over the speaker and then, well an uncooked defrosted hashbrown. Very pleasant for breakfast.

Placed order through mobile pick up ...not only first time ... Been many times they just ignore mobile order and serving dining first. If u placed mobile order there .make sure wait time 20 plus minutes. One of worst in terms of customer services. Look at the supervisor Amnjott... She is too very rude and unplessant and unwelcoming and unfriendly. What else expect. Hope the management do something for this

What a difference to the Tim's up the street on Islington Ave. This was a fast painless drive through. Although I pass the Islington location on the way here, I will drive to this one if I see a lineup at Islington. By the time I travel to this one, and get my order, I would still be lined up waiting to put my order in at Islington. This one may be my regular stop.

Bad bad bad!!!!!! The employees here are rude to the core. 3 employees out of 4 are attending drive thru and not customers who are inside. There is one lady employee with specs who keeps on shouting inside and they don't even bother to acknowledge customer who are inside.

This Tim's is fast and convenient but I saw one worker get mistreated today by another employee or supervisor. I know that drive thru's pride on their quickness but I think if you have to mistreat your workers to get them to make food faster, you shouldn't be in a position of management. (again not sure if it was a supervisor or coworker)

We stop by here almost every morning and have always had a great interaction with the employees! The best part? Not only are they quick to get orders out, they also get our order right every time!_______________________________________More on Instagram: @6ixstreeteats

The worst Tim Hortons in the city! I work near by and they always mess up orders and I never get what I ask for. The coffee is always cold and watered down! Asked for an exchange today for my order that was messed up again and was meet with eye rolling! Terrible costumer service! Didn’t leave with my original order and was not happy at all!

Never been here before, and never will I go again.I went here today and not impressed. Ordered three coffees and all had sugar not mixed properly (all stuck on the bottom of cups). Skinny Indian kid at the drive-thru window was not friendly and not impressed with his attitude.
