Are you kidding me? In the last number of months, this place went from an efficient drive through operation to a mind-numbing waste of time. God help you if there is a lineup of cars. I at one time thought that it was because of people ordering huge orders at the drive-through, but from what I can see it just seems like they are slow. Even when there is just me, it seems like it takes forever for a coffee and a bagel.
If you are in a rush, don't go to their drive thru. They are so slow that cars were turning off their engines to save gas.
It's been a while since I was there but it was very good, Nice and clean and fast. Thank you, Timmy's
Lately I have been semi obsessively trying Timmys plant-based Impossible Sausage Harvest Breakfast Sandwich from the different locations I can get to.Today we came to this one, and honestly it was by far the best I have had. Everything hits the spot. It was "hot" hot and "fresh" fresh. The English muffin was fluffy, chewy soft and nicely toasted, the egg and the Impossible Sausage were both really well-prepared, they were hot, moist and fresh. So much so that it made me realize all the ones I have had previously from other Timmys were actually quite poorly prepared. Either the English Muffin was dry and crumbly, or the egg was lukewarm and rubbery, and so often the Impossible Sausage was dry and hard. Never once have I had one whole sandwich took out from the wrapping paper that was freshly hot to the touch and bite, cooked to perfection like this one does. I was such a happy camper I ordered another one right after!I did wait more than 5 minutes for their fresh pot of dark roast, which I didn't mind. And it is true, like some of the previous negative reviews I have read, the service here is not your typical "fast food" fast. Maybe that is the trade off? Nonetheless, I much rather have the slightly slower (normal) service for much better and properly prepared food anytime, over the fast and furious subpar food. If I want something that fast, I would grab a pop tart before I leave the house!
Avoid this on the weekend like the plague - I’ve been stuck in this line up for over 10 minutes and can’t even get out, never seen this bad.During the week the staff are exceptional.
Lineup to get served took 20 minutes they only have 1 person to serve you. Left line went to drive thru and then returned to store to eat their meal. I will try a different location next time. Food was very good.
This is the Tim’s to visit if you prioritize slow service, incorrect orders and now they simply explain “we don’t have anymore” when a serving of wedges comes up short - if only half the size. Of course it’s already paid for by the time you realize and the language barrier to explain why they cannot refund your money makes this an exercise in frustration.Yes, you can call the customer service line, and yes you can find yourself in an endless loop of poor communication by phone and restaurant staff that are ill-equipped to deal with anything beyond ordinary.Just go somewhere else…. Check out my photo of potato wedges. That was considered acceptable for full charge.
We had a delicious wrap and the coffee was nice and hot but their drive thru is very slow. Not the one to go to if you are in a hurry... it's usually slow.
Please repair your drive thru pavement. Big pothole. Right side. So go get your coffee and then receive damages for your car with a flat tire. Will not come back just for that reason.
No All day breakfast at 4:45p.m although advertised. Impeccably slow service, horrid coffee, understaffed. Horrible experience which sadly is the norm here
