Worst and very slow service at this location??????
Java is not just a program it is a way of life! LOL okay that was a joke do you guys remember that they called coffee Java? This location is small but the staff like the coffee have energy!☕???People's expectations are always changing but at least you can always expect fresh coffee here!??♂️This is a smaller-sized location for Tim Hortons and they do a great job at this location??What to expect when you come here is that this is a tight location so if you're expecting perhaps a large order or something consider the Tim Hortons a few blocks East at the Wendy's or ubering. ??(I say that because sometimes you get the manager from the Mazda ordering for like 12 people, while people in the line are grimacing!)The staff are usually polite and hard-working doing their best oh, you have to understand that operating some of the machines to learn your delicious treats and stuff it's not as simple as it used to be!??Drive safe in the plaza, if you want to mobile order remember that's the thing about mobile ordering. Doesn't always go as expected. Convenience and efficiency don't always go hand-in-hand! Referring to the app, but try to be positive and you'll find positive things happen!??
Mobile order useless!!!!Ordering ahead is useless in this location, i usually order via mobile app for pick up in hope that its speedy service and i dont have yo wait. WRONG!!!! This location don’t manage the orders so mobile orders are prepared on time. I waited 10 minutes in the store waiting for my order. Makes no sense!!!!!
Ordered through the Tim's app. Called and told me they didn't have soup. And that's fine. But I didn't get my everything bagel.
The best place for a nice breakfast.Michael is the manager five stars for a hard working man.
Terrible service workers are Terrible not kind and concideret if you want all your money taken away keep coming otherwise go to the tim hortons infront of kipping as they are the best.

Worst customer service at this location, I went 3 times different [email protected] night I bought coffee , I scan my point card and all three time the didn't add my points, the are not honest. Even the don't wears the mask correctly
