Such a poor service . I ordered ice cap today and they gave cold coffee instead of ice cap . When i went back to return they said machine was not working so that’s why we gave coffee. But they haven’t asked that to me before . Srsly it sucks . Poor service really disappointed . If your machine is broken dont take order . U wasted my time ?????
Not a good service always have to ask them for extra milk in coffee but nothing improve. Not good as compare to brampton tims.
Had to wait almost for 15 min just to order even though there was only one person ahead of me. Debit payment doesn't work in the checkout when you select this particular Tim hortons so you have to wait to order. Maybe understaffed.

This is the worst tim hortons, staff is so rude they don't have any idea how to deal with customers and how to treat them. They still think they are living in their home country. They don't know this attitude will not be accepted here.
Loved the vibe - Loved the food ! I got my Egg & Cheese promptly and was very fresh. Very friendly staff and, A big store - The cleanliness adds to the overall appeal. Has my full recommendation.

Tim Horton's is slipping a little regarding the class and conduct of their products and people. They were much better a few years ago.
