I don't understand why you have to wait 10 minutes between using your own banked points. I earned them. Why can't I just use them how and when I want. Once again my cashier didn't know how to use the app and had to ask her Supervisor.

Nice location. Polite staff members. Got my Raisen tea biscuit perfectly toasted with butter with my coffee. These guys made my day. ❤️ evening staff ???

Ordered 1 milk and sugar coffee and they give a regular coffee instead. Not only the first time they constantly miss order like this. Terrible place I would not recommend here

Worst customer service of this Tim Hortons. I live closely and it was my go to spot, not anymore. I ignored at-least 5-6 times my wrong order, sometimes no hash brown's, I asked for caperse sandwich you gave me bacon sandwich, I ordered coffee you gave me French vanilla, ordered egg and cheese and there was meat in it.Tuesday Morning, I ordered egg and cheese and politely asked the guy to make sure there's no meat in it. Guy yelled at me " I know what I am doing". I told him not to yell at me and I received wrong order previously so many times that's why I am confirming. I took it to Store Manager in drive through and she said she can watch the video and confirm when did you receive wrong order previously. Instead of apologizing and training their employees. She hid his employee on other side and came to me telling she can check camera's. When I told to her to check camera's now because I came back to you guys so many times within a month she said she'll do it later.Lucky you, I am a guy with a lot of patience and talked to you nicely, because I didn't want to ruin my day because of someone else's stupidity. but I'll make sure everybody knows about it as if I received 5-6 wrong orders in a month, you are doing same to everyone else too.Cheers to good work!

Ordered coffee on the app, clicked on the double double button and completed order. As I was waiting at the mobile order table the staff confirmed if I wanted it black or with anything. Thankfully the staff asked because I would of left with a black coffee that I wouldn't of wanted. 5 star for the great service from the staff.

Please teach your staff what butter is apparently they don’t have a clue what it is nor do you offer it.Orders are normally fine, it’s a busy store and staff seem all over the place but that I understand with the amount of traffic.

Fastest and friendliest drive through in the GTA. They alway have an A team working. A great reflection of their management

An Excellent Tim Horton's branch; relatively clean, good coffee and has a nice, but small, seating area for dine-in.One issue is that they don't have their working hours posted on the door nor updated on Google maps.

Friendly staff. Drive thru is usually pretty quick. They should be 24 hours 7 days a week though.

I was there today a small pit stop before heading to my doctor on Sherway Drive. The lady there was helping an elderly woman who wasn't really sure how to use the Tim's cards. She was very nice to that elderly lady very nice and polite with me as well good service overall and what I ordered was delicious!!!?
