Nice little Timmies, very busy but efficient and friendly.Easy to order by the app and the kiosk that is by the entrance door, also cashier order available.The atmosphere is good and the place clean.Just not too much space.
Painfully slow moving staff... and they seem to prioritize their 'online/app/prepaid' orders.. while instore customers wait... I have been coming here daily for almost 2 years and have seen service rapidly decrease in the past 3 months..
This store on Google maps say they open at 5am but sign on the door says they open at 6am I'll never go again especially when we support Tim Hortons q
Night shift, before closing, wonderful staff. Courteous, polite and pleasant. The place, was neat and tidy. they were in the midst of cleaning up the shop to get it ready for the morning shift.It was a brutually cold night, -19 °C was showing on the dash display of my car. Came here to get a hot chocolate and hopefully some hot food as well, if they still have them, they were for a homeless we spotted rolled himself up in a carpet inside a bank a block away. The staff behind the counter volunteered to bag up more food for me to bring along.Ah, kindness, such wonder. Simple yet powerful universal language to show love and care.
Try french vanilla coffee with potato wedges and Chipotle dip.
Apparently they don't check the order before they have it delivered.The coffee was nasty. The cream was expired and had white stuff floating on the top.Reported this issue to customer service, it will take them 5-7 business days to respond back or provide me with a refund ??Talk about customer service. It seems like I will have to go elsewhere now.
This was my first time visiting this Tim Hortons and I wasn't disappointed. They have friendly cheerful staff and their coffee never tastes bitter
Like any other regular tim hortons.
