Have to postt this to give shotout to the girl attending drive-thru orders at 5555 Eglinton Avenue on Jul 7th at around 10:15 PM. She was super nice, made our orders to perfection and was super pleasant to interact with. Really good experience overall.

Zero customer service. Don’t know how to talk with customer. I think she is supervisor, if she was like that can’t expect anything good from rest staff. The only reason I use to come at this place because its near to my work, otherwise its a place with zero professionalism.

It took 3 people going back and forth to take my order, my order was done wrong, I was given a ridiculous amount of attitude that my food wasn't what I ordered and then given something else that had a hair in it and the cherry on top was that the grill was not being properly cleaned and therefor filled the entire tims with smoke and an awful smell that I just couldn't breath in and had to just leave. Absolutly worst tims I have ever been too.

I don't know why people staff don't have a clue about customer service, I say hi as I pick up my drinks on the drive thru no answer and not even thank you at the end or at least answer when someone greets them , staff should be friendly could be a little shack to a big restaurant and they should always smile and be courteous

Always fresh coffee and bagel early morning but always have room to improve customer service and tim's values especially in the morning shift.

Beautiful redesigned interior. Service was fast. Ample seating space. 2 kiosks were added for ordering.

They are always forget something from my order because they don't listen or I don't know. Tim Hortons is only to buy 1 thing or coffee or donuts. =(

Took them a long time for my order cus I walked in and everyone is focused on drive-thru. When I got my bagel I asked for extra toasted. They managed black but raw somehow.

To add to this: I am happy to announce that this location, at least, has a manager that is aware of what proper customer service is and was able to resolve the situation. Thank you Lisa! You were a pleasure to deal with! Now if only your staff can follow that lead ??If I could give this place less stars i would!! Customer service is the absolute worse. This place is a disgrace to Canada. Why allow customers to place mobile orders nd tell me the location is open only to arrive at 9:50pm and the drive thru is closed and the doors locked??This is now the third instance with this exact location. Even an employee that just left confirmed the location is open until 10pm. Yet doors closed at 9:50pm??The lack of Customer service from this location and head office makes me so sad to say Im a fellow Canadian. I will no longer be using my hard worked money to support your staff that just go to work to get paid and not work for their money. Absolutely DISGUSTING ? .
