Stopped to pick up three of the new wraps that Tim’s sells - very popular, very tasty.
Parked to avoid the massive drive-thru line up and the useless gas consumption for a quick bite and coffee on the way to play golf. Took 30 minutes standing in line because they favored the drive thru??
Very slow and they did know my orderIt takes 15mins for wraps and black coffee. They talked too much each other and. They got cash from customers with gloves and made food without changing gloves. It was dirty
Tim Hortons has gone downhill. I was served Luke warm coffee and had to return for another. The coffee cup doesn't work very well. It burns your lip. Coffee us cheaper and better at Macdonald's.
We like Tim Horton coffee, we have take out a jug of 12 cups of coffee and the box of 50 timbits, everyone love it.
Half of the time they get our order wrong but food quality is pretty good.
The staff were just not great. There was a new employee "in training" and the rest of the staff were just so condescending to her. My sister purchased a cookie, the other girl just slammed it down on the counter. I asked for decaffeinated tea, ended up get bitter decaf coffee. This is not the first time I've run into issues. Not a good place
Mobile order didn't start until someone decided to notice me waiting. Maybe not their fault but what's the point of ordering ahead if people waiting in line are all getting orders before you?
Really slow service, terrible management, I can drive to the next closest Tim’s on eglinton about 5 min away and get quicker and better service. Revamp this location please, making Tim Horton franchise look bad
Weekday service is excellent. Lacking staff on weekends make wait times longer. They never seem to add staff to keep up with the volume. Otherwise, food is good, and it is a reliable location.
