Very disappointed with the service went there today around 4:30 pm (SUNDAY) i asked bagel with butter not bagel dipped in butter and my bagel was not cut into 2 even i had to garbage it waste of my money and time
I have visited lots of Tim Hortons, most of them are just about the numbers but this one is stepping things up for example: even at 9 am and I have to place 2 or 3 orders for the construction crews these guys are on the ball. Even when it comes to speaking English that I can understand. I'm happy to say each and every one of them deserve a gold star. Keep up the great service.
Just wow I work for the city so I’m always on the road…. I’ve always had ups and downs with Tim hortons BUT this location just amazing has really left me speechless they listen too everything you say orders always been perfect never disappointed specially on drive thru since every fast food place rushes it… not this location ??
Too slow service early in the morning at 4:45 am. There was only 2 cars waiting for orders ahead me and I was in front of order screen at drive-thru. Although someone from inside responded to me after 5 minutes. After that, I've waited for 10 minutes more for just Large coffee. You get to your work 15 minutes later. I go to this Tim everyday as I live nearby. It never happens everyday but I have noticed that it happens only when there is one special employee working there. I hope Manager reacts on it and try to improve their customer service.
It's a good Timmies with enough space. I like to go there and spend some time reading while having coffee. One thing that they can improve is the waiting time. Sometimes it takes forever to have a single coffee order.
This location was horrible. We ordered two coffees and two toasted bagels. The coffees came right away and we waited 10 minutes for my the bagels. Cars were honking and people were getting upset. We finally got our bagels and although toasted, they were cold.? That means that they sat there with everyone elses stuff that also was getting cold.?
The lady serves this kind of crossaint after ordering two times today near 3:33. She don’t listen order properly nd then show bad attitude to customers

Large Dark Roast - 2 Cream2. Everything Bagel- Triple toast- Butter + Cream chees- one Butter on sideBut they handed me1. Large Dark Roast - double double( coffee was not hot )2. Everything Bagel- not tripple toast- Butter + Cream cheeseWhen I asked for one butter which I ordered on side as well, the Lady started yelling.When I demand for one napkin ( which should be by Default with every sandwich or bagel) ,She talked as customers are evil for her.
I ordered chicken noodle soup and I didnt receive that, not sure what I received but it wasnt chicken noodle. They forgot to send my 3 dounts with order. I was very disappointed in Tim Hortons exspecially being a regular customer. That isnt chicken noodle look at pic. I would rate this place 1/5.
