Slow location, but staff are always nice, food and drinks are made well, just slow
Good customer service, lines aren't long (when I go) and the food is fresh. Have to point out that they do make their cinnamon buns better than alot of other timmies.

Fatima at the counter couldn't understand the order and behaved rudely. we (my friend and one of her colleagues) tried to make her understand what we ordered, still she delivered a wrong order. When I called the store to let them know about it- she rudely answered "you can complaint whoever you want" and cut the call. Wow! ! Well we pay you for the coffee , you are not giving it away for free. And for your cheap bad attitude- we really don't need that.

My visits have been good and not so good but my drink is always consistently good and the customer service is great overall. I do suggest there are signs put up indicating where the online order pick up is though

This is one of the best Tim Hortons!! Customer service is excellent, the workers are so nice and friendly. I worked across the street and would go everyday for coffee. On my last day of work they all said they would miss me and I will miss them too! Definitely get the cheese croissant at this location.
