Average restaurant. Over hyped.17 dollars + 25 mins wait time for an average burger. This may be a good restaurant but it’s not good anymore.

After hearing nothing but rave reviews of this franchise, I decided to finally take a chance on them since I have been looking and craving for a juicy burger for several days. I paid a visit to this particular location only to be disappointed. The location is off a busy main street and close to major highways.Parking - 4: There is plenty of parking space the business offers, however, trying to navigate the traffic in the area can be a challenge depending on which direction you're arriving from.Atmosphere - 2: Not much worth noting as it offers a simple and clean look with little to no character. Based on its theme, I expected some personality.Space - 2: This space can get quite crowded quickly for busy nights based on the arrangement of their furniture. (Certainly not ideal with mask mandates only recently being lifted.)Service - 3: Quick, efficient, but almost robotic. Cashier seemed friendly enough at first, but felt like her battery just drained immediately after payment.Food - 2: Ordered a double bacon cheese burger with a side of fries. This meal turned out to be an interesting one. As I have been craving for a juicy burger, I wasn't expecting anything less especially after hearing from friends and coworkers about how this franchise was on the top of their lists when it came to burgers. Appearance wise, the burger looked great, but the fries looked like crumbs you would expect to see at the bottom of a bag of chips. Despite their appearances I found that the burger was actually dry, and the fries to be surprisingly good. It's unfortunate that I found their double bacon cheeseburger to be outdone by a side of fries. Isn't this franchise built on their burgers? I would rather have gone down the street to Wendy's for their bacon burgers instead and pay only about 1/3 of their price.Overall experience was extremely underwhelming. If this is how it is across the other locations, I would take a hard pass and look for other lesser known burger joints and take my chances rather than come back to Burger's Priest. Until then, I will continue to look for my go-to burger joint.*FULL DISCLOSURE: Not a single employee, from the cashier to the cooks, wore a mask while three of them stood shoulder to shoulder in the kitchen prepping orders. If you're cautious of covid, this place may not be for you. My review was neutral and purely based on the sections listed above and nothing more. I only thought it was fair to mention this at the end so customers can come to their own conclusions on where to dine based on their comfort level. Please stay safe, healthy, and show courtesy to one another.

Had a great experience. The service was prompt and inviting, the food wasn't too greasy and tasted very fresh. Definitely the place to grab a late night snack. I had the California sandwich, which was very good, 10000% would recommend. I am a personal fan of innovative burgers, will be going back soon.

As always Burger's Priest was delicious. I had my favourite The Vatican City and this thing was a monster. Nothing beats freshly ground beef cooked on a flat top. My wife had The Priest which is her favourite and it didn't disappoint. I highly recommend their burgers.

We picked up take out from there a couple of days ago and it was disappointing. Although the burgers tasted good as always, 90 % of the fries were just tiny little bits and some of our order was missing or wrong. One of the double burgers we had ordered came as a single, an order of cheese fries was missing and a specific request for no tomato came with tomato. We should have checked before leaving but its always so well packed and from past experience, usually correct, that we didn't. Expensive mistake when you spend almost $80 worth of food and don't get everything you ordered. I didn't know it was that difficult to get a food order correct.

Came in yesterday for lunch around 1pm with my family (6 of us). The wait was a little long but watching the kitchen they were obviously extremely busy and doing their best. I couldn’t tell who the manager was between the bigger brown man and the smaller blonde girl but they were both absolutely blowing it out of the park. We really appreciated how hard everyone was working, and when we got our order everything was perfect. We will definitely be back, just maybe not on a holiday next time.

My first time eating here and it was so yummy. Food was delicious and so fresh. The cookies were the best part!! The staff is also so kind and outgoing. I especially appreciated Micah!! She was so sweet and so fun it made my order 10x better. Talking to her brighten my day. Love it here !!!

I should have taken the photo before I ate it, but I ended up finishing most of it before I could write the review. I am now contemplating going back to church. Good burgers. Nice staff.

Extremely friendly staff. All the other locations closed at 8pm… this one was open until 10:30pm! I called and the customer service was delightful. The restaurant itself was very clean too. I ordered two burger combos and it took the restaurant around 5mins in total to prepare the gourmet burgers; incredible! Really loved the customer service of all the employees, but specifically the girl with the nice brows; extremely friendly. Definitely recommend this specific location for tasty food and great customer service!

Showed up cold and “the works” seems to have taken on a different definition lol. Would eat here again but would go in person to ensure this isn’t what I got.
