TAKE 2 May 28th***The manager called me and apologized and offered to remake the food. Allowed me to come back a week later to try again. They indicated they had the wrong noodles and it was a different cook. The will recook the meal with the owner? The Pad thai was 10x better not clumped and tasted like how Pad thai is supposed to taste. The Pineapple fried rice was less curry and tumeric tasting and had more vegetables and tofu also cashew nuts(later 2 ingredients were not in the dish 1st time). Plus there was nice amount of pineapple in the rice.I have updated ratings to 4 stars and do endorse the Pad Thai. This was very good. I COMMEND the restaurant for taking the initiative to make it right. Thank you! My advise is that if the owner is not cooking the food quality should not diminish and should be consistent. Once again thank you Thai Jalearn2.My first update...I ordered Pineapple fried rice , shrimp chips and Chicken Pad Thai.... the Rice was more like Yellow CURRY pineapple rice?!!! It did not at all taste how rice is supposed to taste. NOT what I was expecting. The Chicken Pad Thai was all gummed up like it was sitting there- with chick sliced on top. This was NOT fresh, as all noodles were broken and wilted. I arrived 1 minute before pick up, so even if I waited 15 min It would not have been that congealed. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy supporting local places, but it becomes hard when you get this level of food. Usually, every Thai place I have ever ordered, food and packing were pristine- the issue usually was not enough food, to which I understand, but sloppily made food, I suspect it may not have been the normal cook. it was still edible but did not have the Thai flavours we are used to.

This use to be our go to place for Thai food not anymore! We use to live near the restaurant and get take out when it was the old name, however we moved and ordered Uber eats. Boy has this place changed! We ordered 2 dishes medium and 1 spicy the 2 medium dishes were hotter than the spicy. All dishes were inedible and not enjoyable the only thing we could eat was the rice and we’re no wimps with spice. This was the worst experience I’ve had with Thai food, I’ve been to Thailand and had the authentic food and it’s not as hot as this. It’s a total shame this place has gone downhill as we loved the restaurant, I guess it’s time to find a new restaurant.Ps I’m glad I ordered from Uber as they instantly refunded the order! (Which was late)

Sorry to say but it was disappointing. We ordered Red curry with sticky rice and Garlic sauce wok fried Chicken and vegetables. The chicken was over cooked and very chewy. The Red curry was watery in consistency but was decent in taste. If they could make it thick it would be way better. The Garlic sauce wok fried fish was ok but the chicken spoiled the fun. The sticky rice was good.Overall not great for $40 for two dishes. It's just too expensive for below average quality food. Other Thai restaurants in the vicinity are way better. You can completely give this a miss. Disappointing!

My husband and I ordered pad thai from Thai Jalearn 2 last night and it was the BEST! Full of flavour, so fresh, generous portions. We moved to the area a year ago and I've been looking for my go-to Thai spot for some time now - this is definitely it!! We will be back soon :)

We had takeout on Saturday night. Was delicious. We opted to pick it up ourselves and saved 10% off the bill by paying cash. Food was hot and very tasty.

The best pad Thai I have ever had. My family and I constantly go back to order more, and huge portion sizes too so great to share. I love the original pad Thai and the curry pad Thai, I always get shrimp and the shrimp is always soooo FRESH. ❤️ my favourite restaurant in Etobicoke

Excellent experience on a Friday evening walking in for takeout. Only 10 minute wait for takeout. Food is delicious and good quality. They made everything to request (medium spicy, no cilantro). Closed for dine-in still.

The best Pad Thai in my life was on the street in Bangkok. The second best is this place. Great food; friendly staff. Could't ask for a better experience.

Most authentic pad Thai I have ate in the city. actual sweet nutty sauce instead of ketchup based Canadian sauce you usually get at Thai restaurants.

Excellent service + food!I called asking if any dishes can be made without onions, garlic and dairy. She was great and let me know about pad Thai, fried rice and a stir fry. I ordered the first and it was delicious!
