Takes e lot of time to prepare order even if there is no rush
Horrible Service. Went in-store and the cashier was busy chatting with the coworker instead of taking our order. We had to repeat our order multiple times because she wouldn’t pay attention (which isnt even a big issue) BUT then she gives me BEEF crunchwrap when I specifically asked for BEAN. Not to mention that I REPEATED my order multiple times. What js wrong with you guys? If you don’t like working customer service, quit! Stop treating your customers like that! I called in-store to mention the issue and the management didn’t even care or issue a proper apology. Will never go back to this location.
Ordered beef burritos. Got cheese sauce and a spoonful of beef in each one. Missing esential items from order. Knew why i forgot this place existed.
My orders got made wrong every time I stop by this location. This is absolutely shocking.Here I ordered: Crunchwrap Supreme, 2 Cheesy Gordita Crunch, Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch.1. Appearance: 1/5⭐️ Everything was so loosely wrapped and all the toppings were coming out everywhere. It was extremely messy.2. Smell: 1/5⭐️ There was absolutely no smell to it at all, I’m not sure why. It was just bland.3. Taste: 1/5⭐️ Absolute RIP OFF. I have selected Beef as main topping for all tacos and a wrap , and I have PAID for extra beans on the side. And you guys made my crunch wrap with BEANS ONLY, No Beef, as well as two of my Cheesy Gordita Crunch tacos came with beans only. How did this happen? This is not the first time thing, this is the third time I buy food from this locations and they swap out all the meat for beans. I was so disappointed. Dear management and supervisors please re-train employees on how to read and accept online orders. Because clearly if a customer pays extra for something and selects something specific, why do they decide on their own what to add and not add as my toppings?4. Texture: 1/5⭐️ It was just a mess, flat, lacked toppings and flavour, nothing memorable about the food at all.5. Temperature: 1/5⭐️ Food arrived room temperature.6. Flavour: 1/5⭐️ Truly not much I can say, I did like the Doritos Cheesy Gordita wrap itself but that’s about it. The rest of ingredients lacked any flavour whatsoever. Very skimpy on the toppings in everything.7. Price: 1/5⭐️ Where do I start… 4 items came up to almost Thirty Dollars in price. Absolute waste of money for the quality and the amount of food you are receiving. And considering that I paid extra for extra ingredients, and they still managed to make it cheaper and however they wanted.Extremely disappointed with all 3 of my experiences here, I will not be visiting this location any longer. Please save your money.
Glad for the reopen. Still the same great staff. Attentive, courteous and very understanding. Very professional. Very modern and clean restaurant. Good for all occasions and dining styles.
I found i had to keep repeating myself when I go to the drive thru. Either their speaker is having issues or just the staff barely know how to speak English. Once order is completed, letting them know what condiments I need, they make u repeat it again when you get to the window. When I get home with my order, condiments such as napkins, hot sauce ketchup etc, are missing. My taco bell order were sloppy. 1 tomato chunk in my taco supreme, 2 small shredded cheese. Yup pretty much...quality going down, prices going up. Shame! There's this dude by the window, I asked for a straw, he rudely said "it's not my job". He asked another girl to do it. I know his face and I'm gonna get his name so I can share it with all of you. It was unacceptable. Shame!
Disastrous. Ordered a combo which came with missing items. The staff wasn’t helpful at all. The chips tasted bitter and inedible. Seems like they are not even changing the oil for a long time. Won’t go there ever again and probably will report it to related authorities as well.
They got my order wrong but corrected it quickly. The updated decor looks great!
Love the place always. No body can beat there special online prices. My favourite place for lunch on weekends. Staff is very nice and friendly. Less crowds and with new facelift I will definitely recommend got dine in ?
First of all, ordering at the drive through is a mess. Legitimately half of the time I have to go inside because the order would be wrong or they missed something. Secondly, the wait times can be very inconsistent, though the cashier is usually nice enough that im okay with it.
