Ever since the update (which the parts that are done look good) they have been extremely slow to put it midly. Does not matter if you go through the drive-through or in-store its the same issue. Also sometimes the food is not heated up like it should be.I think 90% of their staff are new. Explains the issues and why you can over hear what I'm guessing is the manager tell people to call out the food properly ao it gets packed quickly.
Very unprofessional manager named Navpreet. Mustve trained the unfriendly guy at the window, Mandeeo. No customer service skills what so ever. Reading these reviews though it seems a lot of people feel the same. Sad! Before the remodel the staff were friendly. Now it feels like you're an inconvenience for purchasing food from them and ultimately contributing to their pay cheques.
I haven't been to this location in a long time and it has undergone a complete remodel. The very tired 1980s look is finally gone and replaced with a bright, clean modern design. It is long overdue. Service was good and the food was fast, hot and tasty as one would expect.
“General Manager” at this place needs serious training. The staff are running the place while she sits in the back. Someone asked to speak to a manager and she came to the front and said. “You asked for me, I’m here. Don’t waste my time”. Whattttt!!!! Who talks to the public after spending 30 minutes for someone to take there order like that? They need a management overhaul with serious management changes at this location but something tells me from seeing the staff, it won’t happen. Sad.
First time I went (drive through), I came home and sadly realized all the soft taco supreme's I ordered were just regular soft tacos. It's frustrating to pay for something and not get the right order.Second time I went they were out of hard taco shells so couldn't make anything with a hard taco. What kind of taco bell runs out of.....tacos? I ended up deciding to not order but they were going soooo slow and I was waiting to leave the line (only by reaching the front) for 23 minutes. Imagine... 23 minutes from ordering to counter and they were out of hard tacos!If only there were another taco bell close by I would definitely go to another one. Don't go here if you have a choice.
Left the drive thru about 1/2 hour ago and realized there was no fries in my three piece meal (if you want to call it three pieces that is) the pieces was so small I thought it was Cornish hen.
Ordered supreme fries and a crunch wrap supreme. Not sure why I decided to intentionally give myself food poisoning on a Friday afternoon. Food wasn’t even appetizing to look at nor did it taste good. Yuck.
Location is the on the Queensway, It’s Taco Bell but still a big letdown with the fries supreme being anything but supreme. There was also the issue of them not having any change if you pay with cash and there were a few items that we ordered but then told they aren’t unavailable. First time back since the renovations.
They reopen again the restaurant looks amazing and more modern and not run down anymore but the service is even worst unfortunately, new workers tons of learning curve I guess, fries were cold, soda pop machine ran out of syrup, famous chicken sandwich was luke warm and old, then they ram out of chicken sandwich meat, ran out of tomatoes, but the tacos were good ? that's why I'm giving two stars
Didn’t realize until we were home that they forgot to pack half our order. I hope everyone can understand that getting home to find that you don’t have the tacos you were looking forward to can be rather soul crushing. No hot sauces or napkins we asked for. Food cold after a 10 min drive home. Also, they only had mountain dew baha blast? Kentucky is a long way away.
