Very slow in service. Not sure what was happening in the kitchen. My friends chicken tasted funny and didn't finish it.Usually we have a great experience at swiss chalet but this location needs some help getting things up to par!Disappointed...
Not a great experience.. waited 10 minutes to be seated another 15 mins for our order to be taken. Perogies were cold.. my daughter didn't like any of her food. Slow service. No napkin. Won't be back
I had a lil problem with my service and meals today but I want to give a special thanks to Adel the kitchen manager to went out of his way and duties to make everything right. Thank again Adel your a the best?
This is the best Swiss Chalet I've been to. The food is great! The service is fantastic; such friendly people. I've eaten in the restaurant and ordered ahead to pick up and my order is always hot and fresh and so delicious. And the people are always so nice here!
Food was prepared really well. Some of the fresh portions that I have had at Swiss Chalet. Server Cheryl was very pleasant and attentive. This is a location that I visit semi-frequently
Excellent chicken and sides. Friendly staff and a Kitchen Manager who really cares about the Customer’s experience. We have been going here for many, many years. Highly recommend.
This Swiss Chalet has been a neighbourhood stable for decades. Always great service,great food,hot,generous and nicely presented. Good Covid protocols.thank you
Just spent $55.00 on two chicken meals through Uber Eats. The chicken was nothing short of gross and disgusting. It is obvious that the chicken was on the rotisserie for WAY longer than it should have been. I had to peel edible pieces off the otherwise leathery, dry, tastless legs. They managed one scoop of undercooked rice. The fries were mediocre at best. The two bread rolls and cesar salad were the only redeeming factor. However, I am pretty sure I can get two rolls and an undersized salad for less than $55.00. I used to be a fan, but will be sticking with Nandos from now on...
Crispy chicken sandwhich was juicy and tender, the bun was crispy but soft on the inside and the ceaser salad was great! Would come back.
Hello this is Canada not Sweden but everybody is welcome LOL especially at Swiss Chalet.????♂️Frankly there are lots of great chicken restaurants but I am very preferential to Swiss Chalet not only do they have delicious funds poutine salad and everything from soup and especially the chicken with that delicious savoury sauce!This location is just on the south side of Dundas and even though there is Popeyes and KFC and lots of local restaurants nothing beats a nice warm festive special or a double leg dinner! Thanks to the owner he is a nice guy and so is the hard-working staff one night when ordering a combo I got some free soup because they didn't want to throw it out and that's what Canada is about helping people have a delicious meal. Everybody have a great meal???♂️?
