I was hoping to resolve this issue with the restaurant directly, but no one answers the phone no matter how many times you call. Customer service also failed to connect with them after several attempts. I ordered for delivery. My order was missing french fries and a slice of pie. The receipt showed that whomever packed the order did not mark fries off to show they were put into bag. Pies were crossed off but only received one. I also ordered the new Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders Meal. The tenders are supposed to have a glaze on them. I received dried up tenders sitting on a soggy piece of white bread with a spoonful of coleslaw on top. The entire order arrived cold and it was not very appetizing. I had hoped to get issue resolved the same night so we could have had a nice meal, but as mentioned, it’s impossible to get someone to answer the phone.
The employees I met today were rude and slow. My family and I didn't even bother to stay and eat. Absolutely the worst experience ever.
i have ordered a few times from this location but recently when i ordered the full rack of back ribs , they ended up sending me the 2 small ends of a rack which didn't even come to a full rack and for the price they should make sure the food quality is proper
We had lunch here yesterday in the dining room with another couple.Flora was our server and she was most delightful and charming! She was the best!!The food was perfect! It came to us hot and just as ordered.You won’t be disappointed if you have Flora as your server ??
Ordered pickup. Went home. They forgot the chicken in my rib and chicken combo. Rest of meal was fine. Like the paper packaging.Called customer service. They dropped my call when trying to transfer me to the store. I called the store for a partial refund on missing food, and they wanted to remake the meal instead. Which doesn't make sense since I am already home and family is already eating.I was probably more annoyed that they told me it was such a small dollar amount for a refund. Really not the thing to say, since if it was that trivial for you, then refunding me back the amount should be really easy. More training is needed for when the staff screws up and how to respond.
Came hot and was quite delicious, but paying for a combo when you just want a chicken sammy is kinda crazy. Only 1 dollar less for sandwich only kind of traps you into ordering far more food than you want. That being said it is hot and delicious.
Sure the food tasted delicious but that's cause I had to scrape all of the ingredients that I didn't ask for. Oh and the service, you really want me to talk about the SERVICE, I had walked tapped the bell, sure someone came for service, 5 MINUTES LATER!! Then I had ordered told her what food I wanted, then she cam back in 3, 3x5=15 YUP THATS RIGHT I DIDNT GET MY FOOD UNTIL 15 MINUTES AFTER I ORDERED
Service was remarkable. The chicken was fresh and juicy, the fries were crispy and the buns were warm. You can't go wrong with a Canadian staple like Swiss Chalet. Their chalet sauce is the same as it's been for years - delicious.
If you like to redeem your scene points, it may be best to stay away from this location. On 2 different occasions, I had the Frontline staff mess up the payment. Ended up spending a lot of time, repeating the card number over and over again and the payment not going through.On top of it they also messed up the order. Both times. One time they did not provide the extra sides I ordered and the last time ( the last ever at this location), the order came with a very small quantity of potato fries and soggy sweet potato fries. If you have been to Swiss Chalet, you know they load up on the fries. Maybe they don't particulay like anyone redeeming scene points.
Had an amazing experience at this location, service was quick and our waiter paid close attention to our table, gave us what he needed without us having to ask him. The chicken here is super juicy and tastes fresh, definitely recommend this location.
