Ordered the combo A sushi set and a dynamite roll. The sashimi was great, fish tasted fresh but the dynamite roll had a tempura roll inside with hardly any shrimp, it just tasted like a California roll which was disappointing. Service was quick and good. Not the best sushi place but not bad.
Good price. Kids loved the tempura. You can order rice on the side. Japchae for $5 was delicious. They also have a good choice of sushi rolls and combos. Awesome restaurant, will definitely come back again.
One of the best sushi places I've been to. The sushi is always prepared fresh and very delicious. The green dragon roll is definitely a must try. The staff is so friendly and nice as well. You can't go wrong if you choose to come here.
I have been going here since it has opened and was initially called Sushi2Go. What made the restaurant was the woman owner. Always friendly. It was the reason why I always went back here instead of their competition a few doors down. It is sad now under the new name that she now works more in the back and the young ones seem to be running the business. We were surprised and disappointed that in order to keep the prices stable, they have shrunk their bento boxes by half. It looked like a kid's plate. Poor hubby was still hungry after eating which is a first.
BEST SUSHI, FOOD & SERVICE EVER!!!!!Very friendly staff to begin with and the food is so fresh and delicious.The sushi is the best I’ve had in the whole entire city. Beautiful rolls and very fresh with bursting flavours.I love the Fire dragon roll. The spicy salmon is very good too and uniquely made with a sweet potato crunch on top. I loved it!!!!Also the salad was so fresh and actually had greens and not only iceberg lettuce like other places. The dressing was very nice too.The portions are very generous.I had to take some food to go and I’m taking it home for my mom. The waitress was so gracious and kind that she gave me an extra soup to go.Thank you so much for your kindness!I can’t rave enough about this place, I can keep going. Overall one of the best dine in experiences ever.Give it a try and you will love it, I’m sure!Definitely my new sushi spot from now on.See you soon!
I felt I was in an original sushi restaurant. The attention and general atmosphere were excellent.Their lunch packages (Bento Box) are incomparably good, with terrific presentation and a good size; you can see their freshness. And among all is at an affordable price.I'll be returning many more times
What a little gem in the Mimico neighborhood! Food was delicious and super fresh. My friend and I ordered a small sashimi platter, spicy tuna Maki, salmon avocado Maki and sushi pizza.

Such delicious food and the friendliest staff. I usually place an uber pickup order and when I walk into the store I’m greeted with smiles and a good day always. Food always tastes delicious and is a great bargain for the price. Also will note that parking behind the strip (just off Islington) is plentiful and free if you’re quick enough ;)
We travelled from Kitchener for a day of shopping at Sherway Gardens for our daughters 18th birthday. We made a reservation at Sushi Run based on awesome reviews and proximity to the mall. Not only did the staff have a private booth ready for us, they made the experience extra special for our daughter. The service was incredible, and the food was amazing!!! Every bite was enjoyed by all. Suddenly, the lights dimmed and we were surprised by a complimentary platter of the most delicious variety of ice creams and deep fried banana, and fun Birthday music playing. The owner came to our booth to express her excitement and gratitude. We will 100% return with bells on, and recommend this gem to everyone we know. Thank you Sushi Run for such a memorable experience.
