Have ordered take-out at this location twice now and have thoroughly enjoyed it on both occasions.Typically will order the specialty rolls. They are quite large and priced accordingly. The sashimi topping on the rolls has been fresh and the overall taste has been excellent. During peak hours the first order took 40 mins to prepare and the second, off peak order, took only 10 mins.The owner (I think) is a nice guy and I will continue to go here in the future.
This is my goto place for Sushi. Sushi quality varies greatly... even within Sushi 2 Go franchise. This one has consistently had superior quality. The restaurant is really nice for in person dining and take out works great as well. They've set the place up for quick and convenient take out during the pandemic.
We love sushi and we’ve been trying so many places but Sushi 2Go is one of our favourites because of their quality and its freshness ? and also because they really care about costumers. ? recommend
They brought the wrong food to us only to take it away and directly give it to another table. The food was sitting in the open on our table for a good 5-10 mins, which means the food could have been contaminated. Avoid if you care about health and safety at all
Got two orders of dynamite rolls to go. Very disappointed for several reasons.- as you can see in the pics it’s mostly imitation crab, rice and avocado… where’s the shrimp tempura?! The you see are just the tails and literally all batter.- they were loosely rolled AND not cut into pieces all the way through so they fell apart very easily when picking up the pieces- like another reviewer mentioned, there were no chopsticks or napkins in the bag. Also no cups provided to dip…- only 4 packets of soy sauce for massive servings of rice and avocadoEnded up only eating 2/3 of one and the rest were thrown out unfortunately. I was so full from all the rice and overall didn’t taste fresh or appetizing.
I have passed by this establishment a great many times for a number of years, and for the first time, I had the chance to try this location with a few good friends. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. It was delicious. The beef Bento box was flavourful fresh and well made all around. The teriyaki roll was wonderful, and the tuna I had was delightful, and the green tea was proper and refreshing. When I am next near Kipling station, I will be returning to sushi2go with great anticipation, and an appetite to match.

I ordered a big order from this place through Uberears. Accidentally, I placed 2 orders. So I cancelled one of them immediately within few minutes. However, they still charged me double. Now contacting Ubereats and not receiving my refund. I ordered on December 3rd and noticed an extra change on credit card on December 10th.
The best Sushi place in the whole Toronto. I’m going back and Forth from Markham just to get them for a dinner. Hats off to you, guys. Keep it real ??
The quality of food was underwhelming at best. The rice was stale, the fish wasn’t fresh. The wasabi was the only upside of the purchased maki tray. For this quality, I could have shopped at Loblaws.
