worst experiencei want a foot-long with veggie patty, he gave me without patty and arguing that you said only veggie, at last when i told him to grill it, he totally refused that it can’t be possible now. He just want to let me go with my foot-long rather than solving the problem.now i read a lot of comments here with the same issue.
Went there last evening to grab a sandwich and the guy who works there was so rude. I asked for a Veggie but then I told him to add a patty too and he got mad at me for that and said “You said Veggie Delite” I couldn’t believe how rude he was. I apologized for the confusion and clearly, there was nothing to apologize for. He didn’t even give me a receipt and I realized that much later. Would never go there again just because of the customer service. I saw a few reviews and I’m sure everyone is talking about the same guy. This was my worst customer service experience.
I love this particular franchise. Gr8 people, food, location. What else can we ask for ?
Washroom is closed. When I asked why it's closed then staff said we don't know. Very arrogant staff. Don't even think to visit this place.
So basically if there’s so many reviews about the Asian guy it’s clearly for a reason.I went tonight and got a sub + a fountain drink…I tasted the fountain drink when I poured it to make sure it doesn’t taste watered down because I hate paying for something I don’t enjoy and truth be told it was watered down. I then asked the Asian guy if I can get the bottle instead and he gave me attitude and said ‘’next time, ask for the bottle instead of the fountain drink because it’s 50 cents extra’’… I almost laughed. So you’re telling me when I pay I’m supposed to know that your fountain drinks are completely watered down? Is that a joke?! And why did he make it seem like I couldn’t afford the 50 cents? To make a point I literally gave him a toonie and said keep it.I felt the need to post this not because I’m a Karen but because if you hate your job so much and can’t comply with simple customer service to make the customer want to come back….why do you work A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB? Quit and work a factory job where you don’t have to speak to someone and ruin their day because you hate your job.
Food and service alway good when I visit there !
Lots of bad mouthing the Asian worker. He's always been fantastic and straight to the point. I've know him for many years and always makes a great sub. Definitely have to request order very clear and not too quick. He also mentioned he's upset dealing with people not following co-vid protocols- eating inside without vax. Wear your masks and follow societal rules until things go back to normal or stay home and make your own. Thanks for great service as always brother.
Asian customer service attendant cannot hear properly and just decides what to give. I said tuna and he started making the previous customers order. When I asked him to change his gloves since he touched meat he pretended to not hear me. Then started changing the topic as to if I was getting drinks or anything in an aggressive manner which he usually never asks until its time to pay. Not the first time I've been to this place and this guy is horrible at his job.

Went in there at 8:31pm, the door was closed, employee was cleaning and pretended I wasn't at the door and went to the back! The schedule is open UNTIL 9:00pm....!!!
