Liked this subway on kipling because it was open an hour and a half later than the other two nearby subway locations open until only 10P.M. I got the Turkey and smashed avocado which is nutritious and delicious. Relaxed and enjoyed my submarine in their air conditioned store. Alright!!!!
Now under new management staff is great at service specially Alpa and other workers are putting 100percent effort to maintain their quality, Avi, jot and Alpa are doing great job ?

This is the first Subway location I’ve ever gone to where I’m constantly playing defence to avoid being overcharged by the Boss Lady who pretends to be sugary nice but is constantly trying to upsell you every step of the way. I’ve dealt with her twice and was shocked by the constant questions to upsell and constant questions to use cheaper toppings…and of course the combos…she refuses to listen to my repeated messages of “just the sandwich.” The boss Lady is extremely pushy and deliberately duplicitous. I had to check the bill both times to make sure she didn’t overcharge me. The place is always empty at peak times…and I’m beginning to see why. Avoid this location at all costs.
Small portions. Salad dressings are watered down and have no flavour. The woman is rude.
I’ve seen quite a lot of bad reviews here and I’ve got to say that I haven’t really experienced any of it. I’d say the only grievance would have to be the presentation of the actual sub. I haven’t had a rude employee bad-mouth me, I hadn’t had them deny service, or anything like that. But to be fair, I mostly order from online to my house. It’s probably a whole different experience in-person. Additionally, for when the times I was actually physically present, I’ve met incredibly kind and genial employees.
