Very rude lady at the front. I was back home, came back after 3 years didn’t knew that they removed falafel from their menu. I asked her three times to make me a falafel sandwich and I was busy on the phone. When I opened the sandwich it was just veggies. Went back she started behaving like a 5 year old kid. Because of her worst customer service 3 customers left in front of me saying that they have the worst customer service.

This is the worst place to have a Subway. The lady serves half portions. We had 4 cucumbers, lettuce was filled like a line of sauce and the lady doesn’t want to provide extra napkins. Just one which isn’t enough when having a saucy sandwich in a mall. Subway should revoke their franchise licence.
We ordered a veggi delight sandwich and it felt like we are just having bread and sauce! The vegetables portion is very less! We have been to a number of subways (we love subway) but this was the worst experience.The lady (I feel it was the owner) kept 4 pcs of cucumber on a footlong sandwich.I asked for extra napkins and she was very reluctant to give that too!Disappointed with the service and the food!
My husband just bought a veggie Sub for me. I am on the phone telling him what I need. He was telling the lady. When I got it there were so little vegetables. I work for subway so I know. The workers should give the customers what they asked for, this have half of the normal amount of vegetables. I had to post this
I really enjoyed the dishes and customer service, excellent location close to my residence. The cashiers are always super friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Huge mistake ordering here via mobile order! They didn't have the bread and toppings that the app said was available... the food was cold and barely had meat in it... she even put toppings on there that we didn't even order! - it's as though she didn't even read our order properly and just winged it. The staff member gave no care in the world - terrible customer service. Worst Subway I've ever been to. Never coming here again... smh...
