I wish I could give negative points! The sandwich maker was PATHETIC! She works weekend closing shift, if anyone wants to avoid going there at that time! No greetings, no smile, probably a frown! They didn’t have spinach, they didn’t have veggie patty (when their ads scream of it), they didn’t even have enough guacamole! I’m pretty sure they must have stock, she just didn’t want to open another bag I guess! No apologies for things that weren’t available! To the owner, maybe change the way you train your employees or change the employees!
Have come everyday for a month. Service never better. They wear earpods so can't hear order, always asking for you to repeat yourself. Finally had to walk out today. Not one good customer service interaction since coming here. I'd rather drive out of my way now.
This is the new southwest and avocado. The meat was mushy and has no flavour. Looks likeDog food.
Always feels like the store is understaffed, usually spend half my lunch break waiting in line
Table surfaces could be better wiped or maintained, but all in all not a bad experience.
Staff told me to wait 5 minutes while she did her book keeping then proceeded to tell me when I asked her about a sandwich (not available) - I would like it toasted, Toaster is broken
Asked for chop tuna salat but they didn’t have the bowl to chop it because they threw it in the garbage.... this is what they told me.. pff???
Clean and staffs are still wearing mask. Fast and nice customer service.
Very disappointing.My friend arrived at this location at 8:45PM and the door was locked. On Google and on the door it says it closes at 10PM. The "OPEN" sign was on. The associate 100% saw my friend and decided to ignore them. I called, asking if they are open and sure enough, it is open. I explained the door was locked and the associate acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. This is the second time this has happened.
Walked in 30 minutes before close and wanted a sub. The girl working complained it was late( I walked in at 930) and wouldn't make my sandwitch properaly beause she was lazy. Even though I work a barteneding job where I serve customers up until the time of close, and then do my cleaning. Worker didn't listen to my instructions. Started making my sandwich just to tell me they were out of ingredients. Bad expeierence.
