The worst customer service I think I’ve ever received here and I’ve been coming here for years. I asked for a Turkey breast sub, which used to be the deli Turkey. I was given a Turkey breast & when I noticed, I confirmed with the person, and they said they have a NEW Turkey breast & the deli Turkey is now just called “Turkey”. So when I said to her, I don’t want the breast I meant the actual deli Turkey, she basically said “you said Turkey breast, that’s what it’s called and it already has cheese on it”. Basically insisting I buy it because she heated it up & put cheese on it. I explained I don’t want that, apologized and said I wasn’t aware they have a new Turkey breast sandwich. I politely asked her to change it and she said, if I didn’t want the breast she wasn’t going to accommodate and insisted, I had to eat that as she didn’t want to waste it. I said I wasn’t going to buy it, as I wouldn’t eat and was an innocent mistake. I’ve managed a food service restaurant for 4 years. You ALWAYS put the customer first. I ended up walking out disappointed, as if you have a new item that’s similar to the original subs, ask your customer what one they prefer. This is horrible customer service to push something and basically, turn away a service because you misunderstood what the customer wanted and I 100% won’t be returning. If you don’t want my business I am happy to go to another location who will.
I want to discuss my experience today and in last few trips, the lady there is so rude and never make proper sandwiches and when we ask her to put proper veggies than she is rude and today she ask us not to come next time if you want to complain how I make. She is always rude and take her manager name that she ask me not to add more veggies to sandwich I had never such experience with any subway. She was acting as if she was giving us free food. Highly disappointed and not at all recommended.
The lady who made my Pizza sub (Sunday evening) was very nice. Sub was delicious however it severely lacked pepperoni. How about putting 10-12 slices of meat on the Pizza Sub as does Mr. Sub for the same price?
Worst subway ever!!!. People please don't go to this subway, please go anywhere else. There was no sauce at all in my order and it was all dry.
Ordered online, added minimum sauce and also skipped most of the sauce requested. Most garbage sub i ever had.
Painfully slow every time, quality depends on who's making the order
I always ask for panini press after they make the sub. But this guy said they have 3 sauce policy and thus they cannot do panini press which I have never heard of in any subway. Moreover in the same subway I have eaten many times but this guy do not have customer service sense. May be it's his last day.And to reply your comment. I like sandwich which is soggy so no need to worry about that. If you really care about customer then you would not argue and simply serve. Moreover if you have taken a look at security footage please also have an audio ON for the same video footage where I specifically asked if I can place order without a mask. If your employee is trained and follow specific trainings then they would say no to me for not wearing mask. I specifically asked if I can order as I was not having mast and he said yes it's okay. So please before arguing please take a look at video properly. Thank you.

Making it right all the time. I am so happy this subways does such an awesome job. This is my regular spot. I love that the employees know who I am. It makes me feel welcomed and happy to continue being a valued customer. Don't change a thing you guys are doing awesome
