Your average Starbucks, nothing fancy but gets the job done. If you are grocery shopping then it might be worth stopping by this Starbucks location, as it's inside the Metro. If not, just head to the drive thru location near the Queensway instead with better hours and a bit better of a parking situation.
They are cool and everything but my order seemed wrong.. this happens often to me at Starbucks because it is it’s own culture.. still learning the lingo
They Never asked name .. today there were so many clients so they messed up all the drinks .. me and other two ladies who were waiting all got latte and we asked three time which belong to who .. none of the staff know .. and of course when I got home I got the wrong one .. they should just ask the name when it’s too busy ..
For some reason, this one partner keeps icing my Matcha latte, when I NEVER order iced, EVER. And there's a real lack of vegan food, so it's annoying when there are challenges that involve ordering food, or there are food prizes, and that leaves me, and a lot of other ppl out. There is a patio though, so at least we still have somewhere to chill while we enjoy our drink.
It’s good to have Starbucks in the neighbourhood,I don’t have to walk to the one near the food terminal.
I have come here almost every day for a long time since my workplace is near here, but recently I was being charged for extra scoop of fruit in my drink. I’ve been to many other starbucks locations for many years and never been charged extra money even how many scoop more I added (I always add 4 5 scoop extra for my drink). The lady barista here keeps arguing with us that they will charge if you add 2 scoop of extra fruit without notifying you, it happened several time, not once. This is ridiculous
Love this place! I am here all the time, and I often get the caramel macchiato! The staff is super friendly, quick and accurate with the orders!I wish many other coffee places were this on the ball!

The worst.I used to visit atleast 2-3x a week since it's conveniently located but had to stop due to the following:- The prices are significantly higher compared to other Starbucks, and the reasoning behind this when questioned is, "because my manager told me so." (I learned later that the Starbucks located inside grocery stores charge you more for things other locations don't)- I've never had any issues with ANY barista at ANY Starbucks location, besides this one— all besides 1 are super friendly here- Mobile ordering is not available ??I now just visit the Starbucks located a couple of minutes up the road— always friendly, fast AND mobile ordering is available!
Went in with what I thought was a crazy order, the man who took the order said it was totally fine and easy to make. Thank you!!
