I work in the mall and this location is always reliable and fast. Amanda is pleasure to deal with. She is friendly and such a warm welcoming spirit. Amanda should definitely be recognized for hard work and commitment to friendly service.
Went here with a friend to get some banana bread. Drinks are also good here. Employees were good here i would come again if I go to this mall

Ordered white chocolate mocha gave something else, got another one which was not good.Staff was unprofessional.
It’s a problem having to leave the mall to access the location, also, the door swings open and it becomes terribly cold in the seating area.
This might be the poorest run Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I ordered a dark roast, and the barista stated they were out of dark roast so I asked for a medium roast, paid for it. Then I was informed immediately they were out of medium and light roast, and that it would take about 10 minutes for a fresh brew. Cool, thank you. \\n\\nAlso, all the baristas here look dead asleep. One person was sweeping when there was a massive line and one person was making drinks at a snail’s pace. I get that you aren’t paid to really care, but this was bad for even so-so expected service.
