Bad service, employees should understand that working at Starbucks only requires smiling 24/7 and serve coffee like robots if u can’t do that then you can’t be working at Starbucks

Very friendly staff. Great customer service experience.

I came for the coffee. Basic drip/filter coffee. They said they have no coffee because they are closing in 10mins…

Decent for what it is. Starbucks are a dime a dozen, they're everywhere you go so nothing really stands out.

I guess they really dont care about your order or you, if you speak with an accent. The more polite they pretend to be the worse is their services. They only apologize for their mistakes or put up a show of courtsey for ppl without an accent.Take this as Zero Stars!

Completely horrible service from this location and that includes a manager that took the phone. At least I believe that was a manager. And if they reply I will simply edit this post again and again and again. An argumentative woman took the phone and actually told me not to order from her store anymore because I was dissatisfied with the third time I’ve been given no straw with my order through Uber eats. A frozen drink with no straw is absurd. Along with her suggestion of pouring it into a sipping cup… instead of coming up with a concrete solution of getting me my straw. This is ridiculous. Rude and talks over you, this woman and this location is a complete joke. A proper method would have been to find a way to get me a straw.

They used to be good but recently their service has turned for the worse. They have slowed down immensely and get my orders wrong majority of the time. I specifically do mobile orders to avoid waiting and mistakes. It's a shame because this was my favorite location before, even though the store is small. Fortunately there are still some pleasant staff but I haven't seen them lately.

You are greeted with a homeless lady in front of the cafe. Then there is no seating inside, forced to take a seat in one of the three filthy tables and chairs outside. Very unenjoyable experience. Would not recommend if you want to sit and enjoy your cup of java.

One of the staff tried to convince my mother that a ham sandwich does not contain pork - the equivalent of telling someone who is allergic to peanuts that a peanut butter cookie does not contain peanuts. When I spoke to the staff who served my mother, he became very argumentative. I understand if a staff makes a mistake, but own up to your mistake instead of arguing with the customers.

Pre-pandemic in a Starbucks close to my workplace my day starts with blonde or pike coffee and during the holidays the special blend. To go with my coffee I usually have the smoked bacon cheddar egg  sandwich or sausage cheddar egg sandwich, ginger molasses cookies or  bacon and gruyere sous vide bites. There is nothing like good coffee, freshly brewed at Starbucks to start my day right.  I am glad to find one near my place now that I am no longer working.  Now this is where I go for mocha cookie crumble frapuccino which I request with less sugar. I look forward again to the holiday beverage of chestnut praline latte. The staff here provide good customer service even take the time to answer some questions I might have about the blend.  In a different  Starbucks located in a grocery store the staff asked if I want coffee in my frappuccino which was puzzling for me because I usually just order and leave with my drink and never been asked such a question. This location gets my orders right everytime and my frappuccino tastes so good just the way I like it. It is also good to join Starbucks Rewards program and use the stars earned for coffee or sandwich which I have done many times.
