Horrible service . Got wrong order and when informed the staff , they gave the ingredients which were missing and said ‘ mix it yourself ‘ . It wasn’t busy but staff was just unhappy to assist . Location is good .
Drive-thru Mississauga location. 344 Dundas St. East. Very friendly staff. Attentive and engaging. Definitely a go to.
Terrible customer experience. Starbucks employee was not helpful when asking about drink options, and did not include half of my order. I waited 15 minutes and inquired about the sandwiches I ordered, and they told me it is being made as we speak. After multiple inquiries I came to find out the order was never punched in and the cashier attempted to argue with me. I recommend going to a different Starbucks location!
I wish I can give them minus 100.. the manager made me a large mocha Frappuccino in $16 when I toke a sip I told her it’s too light it’s not good.. her answer this is good, I’m like ok then she yelled and told me if this is not good HOW DO YOU LIKE ME TO DO IT?? So I said thanks and through my drink right in the garbage!!

I got take out earlier at this location, and my client canceled our appointment. So I went back here to use the wifi and do some work on my computer. I fill out all these person question that starbucks ask before you can get on their Wifi. When I complete the questions and press enter I logged in but there was no wifi. I ask the person beside and he said it was the same thing for him too. I didn't not like that. Don't ask for our personal information and then don't provide the service. I end up using my hot spot on my phone. Otherwise from that the service was excellent and beverage was great ??.
This is for the location facing the parking lot on the outside. This place was terrible. Waited approximately 10 mins for our mobile order and still didn't have our name called. Then my wife walked up and asked about the order as literally everyone else had their named called that came in and ordered around the same time and those that even came after. That's when my wife found out our order was just sitting there on the counter and nobody called our name. When my wife asked why our order wasn't called, the employee blamed us and said it was busy and if you don't hear your name you should come forward. So instead of a simple apology for not calling our name, they just blamed us. Don't waste your time with this place!
This place is pretty great. They were busy and fast at getting the orders competed.
They make the best coffee here. I have been coming for a long time and they did not mess it up once yet. Very happy with the service as well!
