Not happy at with the customer service today from Daniella and Lauren or Laura, no one told me about my order. I had to grab it while they called out other customers order. Asking for a straw Danielle said “we are backed up here” like I didn’t notice, as I said don’t worry take your time. I’ve worked in customer service for years and I get it, but the lack of acknowledgement that was given towards me was extremely unpleasant. The chances of me ordering from this location is highly unlikely.

The staff are disorganized, took a really long time to get the four drinks, got one drink and waited a long time between drinks. The washrooms were disgusting

They are all super nice in there. Whatever I order they get it done really fast and is always right. This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to!

Great customer service. Very happy with our coffee and breakfast. Love that Starbucks have non dairy milk for my coffee.

I come to this location quite oftenand have never had a bad experience till today. A barista by the name of DOMONIQUE was extremely rude, I requested a drink with extremely light as I have sensitive teeth, when I got my order it was half filled with ice I politely asked her to remove some as I requested very light ice. Then when I was handed back the drink it was all wet and sticky as she rushed and spilled it, as it was a caramel drink, I tried to wipe off the Carmel and liquid all over the table, the cup and on my hands but it was way too sticky and no one should get a drink with it being soaked & sticky. I politely asked for a new drink explaining the mess, and she was extremely rude stating it’s not sticky, when there was clearly coffee spilled on the table as I tried to clean it prior. Extremely poor customer service from this barista. Location wasn’t busy at the time. If you purchase a drink you don’t expect to be cleaning the counter and the cup in order to be able to drink it.

Cappuccino is pretty bland and Americano was a bit better than Timmies coffe at triple price. Wait times are about 15 minutes or more even for a simple order. Mobile orders folks are waiting just as long. I only buy here because I got a free card but boy why are people paying this much for rather average, high-calorie coffee drinks? The Western Kitchen next to them makes a better basic coffee.

By far one of the best Starbucks I have been to in the Toronto Area. The staff are young and great and know what they are doing. There also seems to be a great dynamic with amongst the staff where they look and come across as though they enjoy the environment they are working in. Overall, the manager needs to reward them and they also need to be rewarded for the type of environment they create for their team.Bravo!

I went here in the morning to get my caffeine rush before going to work. Staff were super nice and helpful. Inside the store was clean and there were many tables inside to sit down and enjoy your coffee, bring your laptop with you and work or sit down and have a chat with your friend/colleagues. The patio had a few tables and chair if you want to enjoy your coffee at the store.

Grate location, BUT:-Very slow service, having 6 people behind the counter, there is a huge delay with 5 clients. This is not cool from the business pint view.-Every second time when I ask a little milk with my coffee, I get half milk, no jokingI believe the manager need to pay more attention to this.

To say I’ve visited quite a few Starbucks stores around the world might be a bit of an understatement. With that in mind, I have to say this store is one of my favourites. I’ve visited here a number of times and each time I have a good experience. The staff seem to always say hi, ask about my day and know what they are doing - drinks are served pretty quickly and made well. The store itself is large, lots of places to charge your devices and generally seems clean whatever hour I go. They have lots of merchandise, a large bakery selection and they also serve cold brew! Also, not sure who came up with the positive message board but that’s a great idea and I love reading whilst waiting for drinks.
