Food and service has gone downhill! Ordered from Uber Eats and the driver gave another person most of our order. Called the restaurant and had to speak to 3 different ppl to try to explain what happened and thier response was we knew the driver would mess it up. 1. Have safeguards in place if there's a possibility of Uber messing up the orders. 2. Figure out a system to fix these things when they go wrong instead of saying we will put your name on a list for a future credit or come and get the rest of the order. Ppl order through Uber eats bc they can't pick up, and we were missing all the sides and a full meal. So a future credit wasn't an option especially after paying $90 for 3 meals, and 1 didn't show up at all and only part of 2 meals arrived. 3. If you can't rely in Uber Eats to get it right bc you said it happens all the time, then don't offer it as a convenience. 4. The food was okay, but its been better in the past. Too bad because it used to be great value, convenient and delicious.
I had a wonderful lunch here. Wonderful feeling arrive early and have the whole restaurant to myself. :) I ordered a Greek salad with chicken.2nd visit for lamb salad. :-) All together now, say Yummy. LoL..
Ordered a gyro and chicken souvlaki both with greek salads. The meat tasted old and my chicken was bone dry. I mean I tried to cut into a piece of the chicken and the knife bounced off the surface and sent the piece across the room. Salad was wilted, rough chops not edible. If you don't know as a restaurant that the stump end of lettuce shouldn't go into a salad why bother. There were 2 olives in the entire giant slad I ordered.. just sad. But the worst is the "garlic bread" I had to attach a pictureBecause what in the actual hot dog bun is this...soggy drenched crumbling bun. Will not order again.
The best Greek food. For the price its worth it. 2 can dine for one large meal. It tastes soo good. The customer service is awesome too, they are really friendly. Honestly this is the best Greek restaurant to dine at. 5 stars for this one.
Overpriced, woman that was working the counter seems to hate her life because she was extremely rude and when you asked her to do something part of her job she would exhale loud as if you’re annoying her for asking her politely to do something part of her job.First and last time eating at this franchise and specifically this location. Go next door and get double the food for the same price and better quality at kebab 49 or magic spot on bloor instead.
You will not leave hungry from this place!We ordered 2 small chicken souvlaki dinners, 1 large chicken souvlaki & 1 small lamb skewer.I appreciate that I was able to choose how my lamb was to be cooked.Generous portions of meat, potatoes & rice. Potatoes & rice are very flavourful, so I would recommend this side above the other options! This was accompanied by a generous side salad that I actually enjoyed plus pita bread (not dry, good texture).Also ordered their classic baklava - very fresh, pastry was light, filling was delicious!Will definitely be coming back again.(Find me on Instagram @aida.loves )
I ordered their catering service for my daughter’s baby shower! They went above and beyond for service! They threw in as a compliment, no extra charge, 4 tubs of tzatzíki sauce, and a whole platter of honey sticks!The food was excellent! Very happy with this place and the service! I highly recommend this place for Greek food! I will be back!!
Love their food!! It maybe a bit pricey but the quality & quantity can't be beat. My fave is their pork souvlaki which is hard pressed to find in Etobicoke. They don't have their souvlaki premade sitting like most places & heated up. They make their food fresh to order. Their food is excellent!! I highly recommend them.
I had the souvlaki sandwich. It tasted really bad and the chicken wasn’t fully cooked either:/ don’t recommend this place.
You should remove the delivery option if you still make people order thru third party apps!! Just also received my order and it was wrong all I wanted was fries with my small dinner out of the 3 I ordered and they sent me everything else but fries!! Second chance I give them and my Oder was wrong and they won’t answer the phone now!! Last time my order was over 100$ and it was wrong 3 months now it’s almost 70$ that I have to pay for a mistake and food I didn’t want!!!!
