Wow this place is amazing! My family and I had to wait a little bit, it was well worth it. The Ramen was amazing and the sushi was good too. Best part was how very little we had to wait to get the food.Staff is pleasant, place is clean. What are you waiting for! Make your next outing to this place!

Very generous portions at an affordable price. This restaurant is perfect for Humber students who want to grab takeout or for casual dine-in.Menu is large with plenty of ramen dishes, sushi dishes, rice dishes, katsu and appetizers. There is limited seating inside, but it is clean and welcoming.I have had the black tonkotsu ramen as well as the sushi special, multiple times. Quality matches the price (sushi rolls were falling apart, etc.), but the portion sizes have exceeded my expectations. My go-to place since I live nearby :)

My neverending craving for ramen brought me here.No frills, super fast service and delicious ramen. The green tea was good too!I had the tan tan ramen, the broth was tasty and just a bit spicy, the noodles weren't homemade but still good, the egg was perfect.Prices fair. Excellent ?

Great experience at Shin Ramen and Sushi. We ordered the yam tempura And torched pressed salmon plus the torched roll. Oh also the miso soup.So the yam tempura batter is not your typical batter but it gives a great crunch that gives the impression of eating a vegetarian chicken wing. The torched pressed sushi was out of the park. The flavours were so well made, savoury, spicy and crunchy. The torched roll was just a delicious and it gave more of a texture feel with the variety of ingredients plus the fresh avocado. Not to be missed are the little toppings on the sushi as accents but also additional flavour notes the capers and the little crunchy bits on the rolls were a great addition.Great date spot

Always got the sushi (which has been amazing) so we decided to try the ramen and it was really good too! It was spicy, flavourful and full of veggies! Great price for the size of the meal too. The only downfall, chicken was fatty with some bones.

Delicious! The Shin-shin ramen is probably one of the best I’ve tried in Toronto. Big portions and great service. A must try!

We went to Shin Ramen and Sushi the second time yesterday for dinner (the previous time was about 5-6 months ago). The service was impeccable. We ordered a ramen, sushi, octopus balls (takoyaki), sashimi, and a seaweed salad. Everything tasted good. I like this place because it's small, cozy, and not crowded.

Kind hearted owners and staffs! Life is beautiful! Most of all, they serve foods that are awesomely delicious in a clean and cozy environment! I recommend to all who live close by.

Hidden gem in Etobicoke, very close to Colonel Samuel Smith Park skating rink. Will be my go-to place for food after skating now!
