I’m not a huge fan of flat top burgers but this was killer! Had the Big Rudy definitely recommend trying this burger! Also the poutine was killer! Can’t wait to come back and try the other stuff! I would have given this 5 stars if Price point was a little better . A little pricy for a burger and fries imo but hey you get what you pay for
It took 4 to 5 mins. Before the customer a head of me or myself was acknowledge. They were so busy talking & loud they didn't know we entered. Very pleasant once they realized we were there.Price for a basic hamburger with fries not bad just under $15.00. My problem was the hamburger paddy was so so thin & dry. Almost the width of my baby finger nail. I was very disappointed. Sorry I won't be back.
First and last time. I read the reviews, I knew what I was going into. I genuinely wanted a smash burger so I decided to make the drive over to Rudy's. I ordered a Big Rudy and a milkshake and the total came to 22$. The milkshake was small and the burger was the size of my fist. Were they good? Yes. Everything tasted as good as I expected it. What made me give it 3 stars was the price. The fairly small lunch meal shouldn't cost 22$. There's a number of other places in the area that'll give me significantly more quantity for that price. If Rudy dropped it's prices, I could see myself going back there.
Went to Rudy's for the first time. Love the fact that their menu is short, sweet, simple, and straight to the point.Rude Dude Cheeseburger?:-Burger was juicy and moist-The crust around the burger was nice-Vegetables seemed freshValentino:-Chicken a tad bland-Decent crunch to it-Hot sauce is pretty good if you're someone that likes spice/can handle it but don't typically get spice on your food-Valentino sauce could be a tad thicker; ranch base with a hint of garlic-Wish there were additional condiments (I will not that I opted out of the coleslaw)Overall, I would come back here for a quick bite and recommend this place to a friend. Personally, I like the burger a lot better than the chicken sandwich
Just ok.Had the chicken sandwich, and honestly, it looks a lot better on Insta. It was good, just nothing special. Not worth the price difference between this and Wendy’s. It was strange that the mayo sauce and hot sauce were served on the side. And the hot sauce is merely Franks or something similar. Basic bun, simple slaw. Again, nothing special.Will try the burger next time.
My partner and I love Rudy and return when dinner need sto be quick and enjoyable. We usually get the cheese burger and fries with coke zero. We like the picnic tables in the summer but sometimes it's too sunny and we end up just bringing it home. For 2 people it about $30. Short list of items on menu but satisfying choices.
Checked the online reviews before putting an order for a poutine, complete disappointment. Ordered well done fries, but the fries were far from well done, the cheese was just hard chunks, not like the gooey that one would expect. Honestly you can get a bigger portion and better tasting poutine at Harvey's for less price.
Honestly I was so excited about coming here it gave me the In-and-Out vibe of Toronto, but the burger is super overrated. It wasn't bad but just a typical burger (normal Rudy).The milkshake on the other hand was something I heard you can't miss, and let me tell you it was one of the best milkshakes I've ever had and that's why my overall rating is 4-stars.I'll only be back for the milkshake.
Great food, but needs to cost about 30% less. Definitely not a burger place you can go to everyday due to the cost. Two burgers a large poutine and two pops came out to $50 after a begrudged 15% tip. How come your cans of pop cost as much as a 2L bottle at Shoppers Drug Mart‽You can shave a cat many times but you can only skin it once.
second time to this brand but first time to this location. limited seating. always crowded a lot of takeaway orders. Food was ok.. the other location was nice. ordered the fried pickle. i was expecting it to be thinly sliced. but it was too thick and salty. the place had a oily smell. the floor was oily and slippery. not coming back again.
