Absolutely love the food at this establishment. I go at least once a week with my husband. Every dish is delicious and definitely worth the price. The portions are large and if you go home hungry, it's ur own fault. I would agree the atmosphere isn't the best and they could really use a make over. But the food outshines the look of the place. Highly recommend Rita's Kitchen for all ur Ghanaian dishes.
Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in all my years in Toronto. The girl who served my friend and I left us standing at the counter for 30 minutes with little or no communication, and when it's time to pay she tells us they do not take debit card but we can only pay using cash, then makes us use their atm machine which collects a $2.50 fee. I left there frustrated, angry and ended up spending $2.50 more than I had initially intended to spend. If I could give them 0 stars I would, the food was not worth the disrespect. I do not recommend!!

The food is usually good. Depending on who the cook is sometimes. Lol but still my go to spot for ghanian cuisine when I'm craving. Staff is nice mostly. Many differs from day to day. Red red is always good and so if their jollof
If you like really spicy food this place is just right. Banku with okro, jollof rice and fufu are all available.

Get an ATM terminal and stop inconviniencing your customers. This is not Ghana. Also tell your employees to learn how to handle constructive criticism. Thank you!
